Amazing stay at Voco Shifu Hotel!
I had a truly pleasant stay at Voco Shifu Hotel. The atmosphere is wonderful, calm and relaxing. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I also loved the location — it’s very convenient and close to many attractions.
The housekeeping staff were polite and always greeted me with a warm smile, which made me feel very welcome. The service overall was excellent, and I’d like to give special thanks to Jimmy, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. His attention to detail and kind assistance made my experience even more memorable.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. I will definitely come back again!

Excellent services and great facilities. Front desk manager Ms. Yan did a fabulous job to meet our needs by having an engineer to solve the voltage conversion problem, she recommended room change for the best view, and offered us various dining options with great deal. Our first stay for about a week. The guest relationship offered us a free upgrade for our second stay (for about two weeks), which made us very happy and feeling warm. The concierge and the restaurant personnels are very professional and polite, the food is super delicious! We are truly very satisfied with our stay in white swan hotel. Definitely we will recommend it to all friends and will stay again in white swan hotel in near future.

This hotel is only few steps away from Metro and Shangxiajiu Pedestrian which is one of the tourist spot. It is near in shopping and food area. The room that we got is new renovated and the toilet and lights are very high technology. Still have a language barriers that leads to miscommunication and loosing patience so some staff is becoming rude but others are still nice and good. It is understandable to ask for our contact numbers but not to the point to ask each and everyone’s contact number including minor kids which does not have their own mobile phone. Cleanliness is so so since we can smell cigarette. But total in total rate and location is very recommendable.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Basically we enjoyed the stay despite it’s not a 5star hotel.
Location - it’s near the Line 1 of the Metro (Huangsha Station) (exit B). However Exit B is only equipped with Staircases , hence for those that travel with big luggages, you may proceed to enter the connecting mall (Link Plaza) and take the escalator to one floor up. Look for the direction to Huawei Store, the exit to the main road is just to the left of the store. Then proceed to use the AMAP and look for the direction to hotel.
The hotel is also located at the heart of Yong Qing Fang , the old Guangzhou city that once lived the noble families during the olden times. You can have the whole area to yourself for photo takings after the tourist left.
Service - Fast check in and check out. No need to pay any deposit upon check in. There were also mung bean soup (cold) for us when we check in.
Bedroom - we were on 5th floor , same place with the Yun restaurant (which served breakfast). The room is enough for 2 person, however for those traveling with more than 2 suitcases , there might be problem with the spaces as it can be quite pack. The location of the wash basin outside the toilet does not really appeal to us as well as the area will be wet after we brushed our teeth / washed face.
For those that speaks Mandarin, you can use the AI machine (Xiao Tu) to control the lighting, curtains and air conditioning. For me , I’ll just use the control panel placed next to the main entrance as well as beside the bed.
Breakfast - nothing much , just a small section of continental as well as western food. However the dim sum is good.
Gym / self service laundry - did not try these therefore not able to review
Roof top - can take beautiful picture as well as the famous moon bridge but do remember to spray some mosquito repellent which we found them in the room before hand. (for those travelling during summer)
Travel time to airport - for those leaving Guangzhou by flight , the time to travel to airport is around 1 hour. (We booked the airport transfer via Trip.com. The driver picked us up directly from the hotel. According the the hotel staff , if we were to travel via subway/metro, it will take around 1 hour and 30 mins with around 2 or 3 transfers.

One of the Best Hotel for this rate. They got self service laundry with detergent included and dryer also.
The duty staff at laundry area even help us to look out and dry our clothes before sending up to our room. Great service !

Hotel is very well located, walking distance to the metro station as well as to the shopping district. The level 2 canteen provides good breakfast and supper plus it is open throughout the day so can relax there and enjoy coffees.

Location is really good just right beside the eateries street. Walking distance to the moons bridge 👍🏻😃.
Nearby a lot of cloth shops for girl to shopping and the price is quite affordable.
The service at the front desk is so helpful.
Toilet cleanliness is ok. No stain and is ok to use.
But one thing is the room a little bit smelly with smoke , perhaps due to no window room. If someone with nose allergic then is hard to adapt. But the room is big enough for 2 pax 😁.

Xx094yuuThe room and lobby was good, the service was good too! Room was spacious and clean, water pressure was good too. The least liking was the seafood market below and experience some stench. When you arrive via cab, i felt like i’m lost in some market and the drivers will normally wouldn’t turn into the market but rather drop you off the next building beside it. Will get used to it after awhile riding the cab. I guess it’s an experience when you tell your friends i lived in a seafood market.

JJincai LiVery comfortable, except for the two bath towels that are not enough, we want to exercise in the morning and want to have a few more bath towels, others are very good, after all, it is comfortable to live in this location, the boss should have refurbished it and looked good! FFrederick MarkFirst of all, the location, cannot be better on Shamian island, located opposite the river park with all the activities going on. The room was clean, comfortable with a great roof terrace (no real view), nice bathroom with piping hot water.
My overall feeling is that the hotel is a little tired in need of refurbishment and decoration, but the location and room itself makes up for this.
