The location was very good as it was about a 3 minute walk from the airport. There was a big bug in the bathroom, and the staff came and took care of it.

The staff was very attentive and always available to help with any need. Nearly all were bilingual in Spanish and English. The facilities and staff exceeded many of the hotels I've stayed in in the United States.

This is a terrific airport hotel. Located very close to the terminal with a convenient shuttle or walkable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient. The hotel restaurant is much more than adequate. Overall an excellent choice if connecting overnight in Guayaquil.

Our flight was delayed but we were picked up at airport and we're welcomed in a very positive manner.

This Holiday Inn is amazing! We’ve stayed here numerous times and it has always been excellent. The bartender Grace is super talented and makes her signature cocktails with ease. She makes a lot of her own ingredients making them unique. Bridgitte and the entire front desk staff are always welcoming. It’s like family. The other nice thing is that it’s only a couple of hundred yards to the airport so we just walk to the hotel when we arrive.

This is a great hotel. The beds, the linens, the whole hotel are very comfortable and clean.

The hotel picked us up at the airport and we felt very safe and taken care of. Every single staff member was friendly and helpful and professional. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and there were so very many choices. The room (and the entire hotel ) was extremely clean and very comfortable. I was very happy to see a firm pillow and a soft pillow to choose from.
