The hotel boasts a great location, a gym, a pool, and even a pet-friendly restaurant, offering complete amenities. The front desk attendant who checked me in was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She handled the check-in efficiently and thoughtfully, proactively explaining the facilities and local attractions. Her thorough and attentive service made me feel very much at home. While some of the facilities are a bit dated, the excellent service truly makes up for it. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

This hotel is truly excellent! It's super close to the train station, which made getting around so easy and saved me a lot of unnecessary hassle. The environment is clean, and the room had all the disposable amenities you could need. Plus, there were so many little extras available for free in the lobby, showing they really think about their guests. Oh, and the customer service lady was so gentle and kind! I slept really well, and my trip went smoothly. I've already made it from Guiyang to Kaili~

This newly opened hotel has excellent service. The front desk staff provided welcome drinks. The entire environment is clean, comfortable, and simple. The location is also very convenient, close to the MixC and conveniently located nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

The front desk upgraded the room type, and the room was comfortable; the hotel service was thoughtful, the room delivery robot was very fast, the doormen at the door were responsible, and the room service was also very fast; the breakfast was great, with many local specialties, and the waiters were perceptive and cleaned up quickly.

The Hilton Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The service provided by the staff was thoughtful and attentive. Breakfast offered a wide and delicious selection. The hotel's location is perfect, only a 10-minute drive from the airport. I'll definitely be choosing this hotel again for my next trip!

Very nice and well equipped hotel with good service. The staffs are great and the breakfast is excellent. We’ve stayed more than 10 days in a family suite at the 56th floor and have felt the warm welcome everywhere, from staffs of different levels including the lobby manager, the reception and Ms Wang, the lady in charge of the cleaning of our room. Hotel is clean, quiet and the breakfast is excellent. More than that, this hotel is equipped also with free laundry self service(very practical for long stay), fitness center and a free coffee area in the lobby with good coffee and tea, even with various jams to taste.  The hotel is not in the downtown area but the subway line No 2 is just 100 m from the hotel and can take you easily and quickly to the downtown. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay in this lovely hotel next time when I come back to Guiyang with my family.

Everything was excellent! So convenient location. There is washing machine available so I used it. Staffs were very kind and espresso coffee available free all the time.

The hotel room is hygienic, the laundry room equipment is displayed in real time on the message TV, very convenient, the front desk service is also very intimate, the message when booking will be taken seriously There is a nest of wasps outside the window of the room. It may be better to deal with it. In case the window is not well screened when the window is opened for ventilation, there is a wasp flying in, which is still a bit dangerous.

The clean and tidy room is the basic operation, and the more pleasant surprise is that the bedding is particularly comfortable and the pillows are moderately soft and hard, which relieves the fatigue of the day. The only thing lacking is that the sound insulation of the hotel is not very good. I hope the hotel will be perfect. The front desk staff Miss Maruzitou service is very intimate. When checking in, they also presented a local travel manual. The staff will replenish food in time during the breakfast period, and the closing is also very timely. The overall environment is clean and orderly. High cost performance, recommended to all friends who come here!
