"The room was just okay, but overall the experience was disappointing. The AC kept switching off every 30 minutes and was clearly not powerful enough for a deluxe room. There was no lock on the bathroom door, and a foul smell was coming from the cupboards. The beds were uncomfortable, causing back pain and making it hard to sleep. The condition of the room suggests that it is overdue for a proper renovation. Very dissatisfied with the stay."

"The room was a bit smaller, but overall, the ambiance of the lobby, restaurant, and room was commendable. The restaurant served only meals at lunchtime, which were delicious, but the rates were on the higher side compared to the average meal prices across Kerala. At night, the restaurant was closed as the cooks were either on leave or unavailable, so I opted to have dinner at an adjacent restaurant.
Having visited Guruvayur multiple times, I must say the hotel is good value for money despite a few shortcomings. While a full-fledged restaurant isn't available, and the rooms are smaller, even bathroom linens seemed either very old or poorly maintained by the laundry section. Tea kettles are not kept in the rooms by default, but I believe they can be provided upon request.

"Good stay. However The location shown in the maps are in correct and the property is about 500m away from east nada about 7-8 minutes walk. The location says 2 mins walk to temple which is incorrect. Otherwise property was good. Restaurant was not working when we visited. The beds were small if you are with children then might have to order extra bed at 500₹. "

deluxe room was of decent size, cofy bed, pillows, bed sheet were near n clean. soap, shampo, smoother was provided. wardrobe is of big size with hangers. a kettle with sugar, tea , coffee powder was provided. a bottle of drinking water was also provided with glass cups. "

GGuest UserA memorable stay for two days at Guruvayur Darshan hotel. First thing to mention is the friendly staff who are always there to take care of customers be it in the welcome desk or restaurant or at room service.
Quick service. And the breakfast buffet at restaurant was too good.
The restaurant manager went extra mile to give us dinner when we reached late
The person at the gate who welcomes customers and take care of visitors can also is so customer oriented.
Next time for sure will stay.

The Front office in charge Mr Shiv Das was very understanding and helpful !! The lunch was grand and nothing sort of a mini Sadhya with the most affordable price! Great experience overall. Gudos to Team Krishnavalsam

GGuest UserThe Rooms was good but the Manager was not good and didn’t respond in a respectful way. Since we came from Tamil Nadu he does like this ? I am not sure about the exact reason for his attitude.
I recommend Tamil people not to choose this hotel because of this Manager and keep this room as a last option if you need. Dinner took more than 45 min to serve our order and the Dinner itself was not good.

GGuest UserWonderful relaxing stay : gokulam resorts offered a very clean room with all amenities and staff was more than welcoming/ supportive of all our needs. Housekeeping was fantastic while cleaning of room and washroom. Highly recommended. All the best team gokulam resorts and mmt.
