My stay at BasiliQ Hotel in Budapest this time around was excellent, earning it an overall rating of 'superb location, perfect for urban explorers.' The hotel is right by St. Stephen's Basilica, making it incredibly convenient to walk to the Danube River, Chain Bridge, the Jewish Quarter, and most popular restaurants. It’s easy to pop back to the hotel for a rest or to enjoy the night views without any hassle. While there are plenty of tourists around, it's not overly noisy, and getting food, coffee, or a taxi during the day is smooth. The hotel itself isn't a luxurious resort type; rather, it’s a clean, practical, and efficient base for city exploration. If you prioritize location and convenience in your budget, you'll find it offers great value for money. It’s especially suitable for first-time visitors to Budapest, those with packed itineraries, or anyone wanting to experience city center life. If spacious rooms, full resort amenities, or absolute quiet are more important to you, then a high-end hotel outside the city might be a better option.

Extremely satisfied! Not only is the hotel beautiful, but the service is also excellent. For a stay in Budapest, this hotel offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely book here again next time I visit, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. Right behind it is the commercial center Flosmarti Square, and just down from the square is Váci Street, which leads directly to the Central Market. The Parliament Building is only about a 20-minute walk away, so it's incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The room features a great wet/dry separation, and the design is very well thought out, with a spacious shower. The hotel's room service is excellent; they even come in every afternoon to turn down the bed, tidy up, and close the curtains to create a perfect sleeping atmosphere. The front desk check-in was a bit frosty. Initially, when we arrived around 1 or 2 PM, they insisted check-in was strictly at 3 PM. However, after asking someone nearby, who might have been a manager, they said we could check in. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel provides water dispensers with fresh drinking water available daily, which is very convenient and contributes positively to overall comfort. In addition, fresh juices are offered, providing a pleasant and refreshing option throughout the day. It is also worth highlighting that there is a selection of desserts available without added sugar, which is a thoughtful and health-conscious offering. Furthermore, the bus stop is very easily accessible on foot and offers quick and convenient connections to the city center, making it simple to explore the area without the need for a car.

I’m waited for the day that hotel opens, we been few times before cake shop dwonsters were we had dessert very delicious. Ok 👍 I’m arrived 2.45 so don’t need it I just decided wait until 15.00 Sitting opposite reception she don’t say even hi 👋 🥲 or how can I help Being honest not friendly start I’m asked mini bar has water ? Yes we have I’m going room there is no still water Calling receptionist there is no water, she said are you sure ? 😂 yes I’m positive I see there no water Can u pls send me ? Yes I’m gonna bring up 20 min later I got still water 21.00 I got hungry so I’m decided to try Italian restaurant dwonsters instead delivery I’m regretting 😕 I’m just ordered carbonara what is terrible and of course I’m agen waited water to restaurant as well 20 min Breakfast simple Butik hotel style Norbert only person who has been helping and asked chefs made omelet for me , no halal option , everything pork , no many options for kids as well All together nice hotel good for staying close to airports hope the working staff get more better attitude Restaurants I’m not recommending 10/6 for me One night is okay but I’m not gonna book back anytime soon 🔜 hope future more improvement comes

This hotel's location is fantastic, right by the Danube River. Parking in the hotel's underground garage is free at night, which is a big plus! 👍 There's complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby 👍 The breakfast offers a wide variety and high quality options. The fresh squeezed juice is excellent! 👍 I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Otelin check in prosedürünü ÇOK CİDDİ SEVİYEDE iyileştirmesi gerekiyor. Rezervasyonlarım farklı kanallardan olmasına rağmen ısrarla odaların hiçbiri verilmedi. Hatta odaların bir tanesi markanın kendi sitesinden tutulduğu halde resepsiyon ısrarla bekletti, hiçbir özel karşılama vs. yapılmadı. Hızlı giriş için pasaport bilgilerini vs doldurmuştum. Ona rağmen çok uzun sürdü. Uzun bir uçuş ardından bu şekilde bekletilmek beni ekstra yordu. Daha sonra odaların farklı yollarla ve isimlere rezervasyon yapıldığı fark edildi. ”Tamam aslında odalar hazırmış, biri hariç hepsini verelim.” dediler. Ama saat 15.00'te bunu fark etmeleri gerçekten çok özensiz ve isteksiz çalıştıklarını gösteriyor. Bizden sonra otel kapısından giriş yapan herkese odası verildi. Biz anlamsız bir şekilde bekletildik. Çözüm önerisi sunmalarını beklerdim. Oda temizdi, büyüklüğü yeterliydi. Kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterliydi. Masaların toparlanması ve temizliği bir hayli vakit alıyor. Garsonlar zaman zaman yetersiz kalıyor. Masanın üzerinde sürekli duran, çatal bıçak peçete koyma tabakları var. Bu tabaklara yemek de dökülüyor. Masayı sildikleri bezle bu servis ekipmanını silmeleri gerçekten hoş bir görüntü değildi. Kahvaltıda istek üzerine hazırlanan tek ürün kahve. İsterseniz sıraya girip latte, cappucino vs. yaptırabiliyorsunuz. Gelelim en güzel kısmına. Restoran inanılmaz güzeldi. Yemeklerin iyi bir şef tarafından hazırlandığı belli oluyordu. Sunum ve pişme durumu etkileyiciydi. Personel çok yardımsever ve saygılıydı. Özellikle bar kısmında da çalışan uzun saçlı beye çok teşekkür ederim. Kahvaltı salonundan manzara ile yorumumu tamamlıyorum.

Check-in time was flexible; we arrived early and were immediately given a room to rest, which was a huge plus for those arriving on early flights. Our standard room was on the 5th floor, a typical hotel room setup with good natural light and plenty of sunshine. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. In contrast, the bathroom had a much more distinctive design. A highlight was the small spa pool on the basement level, which had a unique vibe, wasn't crowded, and was very relaxing. It's complimentary for guests. While the hotel breakfast didn't have a huge selection, everything was relatively tasty, especially the Hungarian baked eggs, which were exactly to my liking. The staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended! PS: There was a wedding party on the day we checked in, and the music was quite loud at night, but fortunately, we couldn't hear it much from the 5th floor.

Clean, comfortable stay with very helpful staff I had a pleasant stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Budapest. The staff were very nice and professional, and the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. I also appreciated that the wake-up call came on time, which was important for my schedule. The room had good basic facilities, including tea, coffee, water and air conditioning, all of which worked well. Reception was also very responsive: when I reported noise from a nearby room late in the evening, after midnight, they reacted quickly and handled the situation, which helped me feel looked after. The only downside was that some small amenities were not provided, such as a toothbrush, cotton pads and slippers, so it is worth bringing your own. Overall, it was a good and reliable stay, especially because of the clean room, helpful staff and quick service from reception.

Facilities, staff services, surrounding, foods and the place itself is accessible. Overall excellent. We had a fantastic time as friends. I will highly recommend the place and its excellence.
