Anonymous UserSplurged a little on this product on our last day in Seoul and it’s totally worth it.
Lynn, the employee who helped us with the check in is a total sweetheart.
We had quite a hard time traveling with a child who’s physically challenged from another city and was worn out.
Lynn not only helped us with an early check in, upgraded our room, and offered a baby cot to ease our convenience and comfort.
She speaks good English, is always smiley and shows empathy when handling customers.
The room condition is good, spacious considering its location in Seoul.
Amenities wise not much can be provided due to the EHS policy (no one time use disposal items provided).
Great location, close to the airport bus, subway, eateries and shopping district.

FangyeyuThis was the best hotel of my trip to Korea. It's conveniently located, making it easy to get around, and it was very clean and tidy. To the north are Gyeongbokgung Palace and Bukchon Hanok Village, and to the south are Cheonggyecheon Stream and Myeongdong. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Guest UserChoosing this hotel for the last leg of our Seoul trip was absolutely the smartest decision. Its location is truly unbeatable, situated right inside an anime mall, in the heart of the Hongdae commercial district, and just steps from a subway exit – making it convenient to get anywhere. The facilities are comprehensive, the space design is very stylish, and it's incredibly comfortable. Of course, the room isn't huge, but that's quite reasonable for Seoul. The breakfast was just okay, mainly because there were too many people, causing a dip in quality. This hotel is perfect for those who love exploring the Hongdae area and independent travelers.

Guest UserThe location is absolutely fantastic, couldn't ask for better. It's super convenient to get everywhere. They even gave us a lovely welcome gift when we arrived, which was a nice touch. Everything else was pretty good too, except for two things: the hallway had a really strong air freshener smell, and the freshly changed bath towels on the second day had a strange, unpleasant odor. Overall, it was decent, but for the high price, I honestly had higher expectations.

Guest UserThe room size was just right, not too big, not too small, and it had a balcony with a great view for watching the sunrise – absolutely stunning! I’ve uploaded pictures of the view at different times of the day for everyone’s reference. The transportation is incredibly convenient; there are several subway lines right downstairs to choose from, and as soon as you step out, there are all sorts of dining options. The mall is also right downstairs, making it super easy to buy anything you need! Most importantly, I love to run, and this hotel is very close to Cheonggyecheon Stream, which is a dream come true for running enthusiasts! It's a 5km one-way run, making it 10km round trip! Fantastic! The hotel breakfast was also a highlight; the fried chicken, noodles, and mixed salads were absolutely delicious! Plus, the front desk staff were very friendly. When we arrived, there was even a guide who spoke Chinese, which was very nice! I'll definitely choose this place again next time! Unforgettable Seoul, you brought me endless surprises!

Guest UserI booked for 3 nights, but apart from the check-in day, housekeeping only came once during the other two days. I'm not sure what kind of frequency that's supposed to be. Before booking, I saw reviews mentioning slow housekeeping, but I thought it was an isolated incident. Since I was out shopping all day in Seoul and only got back to the hotel around 7 or 8 PM, seeing a messy bed and sofa really affected my mood! The room only came with 4 bottles of water daily, and refills weren't always prompt. Toothbrushes cost 2000 KRW each. My Chinese charger worked fine, no adapter needed.
The front desk staff at check-in were very friendly, and the location is super convenient. You can enter Hyundai Department Store directly from a small door in the hotel lobby. These were the only two good points. The department store closes at 8:30 PM. Hope this helps anyone considering booking.

Guest UserThis hotel is beautiful. It was very clean and quiet outside, but closest to everything without being chaotic. It was so so clean and the room was big. The washer in the room is so convenient. It’s a little much to drag your luggage from check in to building B, but it’s still worth it. I’d definitely stay here again.

Overall, my stay was great! The room was a bit small, but it was spotless. For two people, there wasn't much space to lay out luggage, but we managed to pack and unpack.
The room amenities were a pleasant surprise: a large fridge and two washing machines. We didn't use them during our short trip, but they would be incredibly useful for long-term travelers. The hotel also provides two complimentary bottles of water daily, and the shower pressure was excellent and very comfortable.
The front desk service was a big plus; the staff spoke Chinese, making the check-in process seamless. The location is superb, with a convenience store right downstairs – perfect for buying water, snacks, and daily necessities. Myeongdong shopping area is also within walking distance, making shopping and errands incredibly easy. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Seoul!

Guest UserThe location near Seoul Station isn't great, it's a bit hard to find and not worth taking a taxi. The room is tiny, and they charge extra for toiletries like toothbrushes. There aren't many dining options downstairs; the restaurant on the first floor is quite noisy. They claim to offer an American breakfast, but the front desk staff's English is very poor, making communication difficult. Overall, it's just okay, I wouldn't recommend it.

EddrenI had a pleasant stay at this hotel during my trip to Seoul. The hotel was nice and clean, and the check-in process was fast and smooth, which made arrival stress-free. Although the room was a bit small, it was still comfortable enough for 3 people.
One of the highlights is the location, there are plenty of food stalls around the hotel, offering authentic local bites without the overwhelming crowds you’d find in Myeongdong. Personally, I found this area much more enjoyable and relaxing.
The metro station is just a 3-minute walk away, making it very convenient to explore the city.
Travel Tip:
From the airport, take the train to Seoul Station (either normal or express), then transfer to the blue line to Chungmuro Station. If you’re carrying luggage, Exit 5 is the best choice since it has an escalator — just walk toward Starbucks. Otherwise, Exit 7 is a quicker option.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for travelers looking for a clean, convenient, and well-located stay in Seoul.
