spacious room, large sofa, and comfortable bed. The view from the room was very nice. The staff's English is not very good. (But they were very kind)
The building was old but clean and well maintained.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They even spoke some English, super helpful for those who don't have very good Japanese skills! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean.

Very good hotel! There is a lounge area in the lobby that is free for guests, with free coffee and soda. The room is very large, with a rooftop garden outside the window, and the breakfast is rich and delicious.

It was my second stay. The hotel itself is impeccably good, but it's a bit old. But the water works well, the location is good, and the staff are friendly and nice!! I plan to stay again when I come back to Hachinohe!

Because it was fully booked, I was forced to book a smoking room. I felt the cleanliness was not good and I even found spiders on the sheets! I asked the front desk staff about purchasing breakfast and parking, but I didn't get the correct information. In short, I won't book here again next time.

During Golden Week, while prices at nearby hotels were soaring, I found the Grand Hotel.
I had been there for a class reunion and wedding over 30 years ago, but this was my first time staying there.
It was disappointing that I couldn't take my time from check-in to check-out, and I couldn't even get a coffee in the lounge because the timing didn't work out.
I would have liked at least some water in the room.

The room is big for a hotel of this price in Japan. The public space is very good, especially the breakfast. You can see the downtown area of Hachinohe. It should be beautiful when it snows in winter. The room has a little smell, but it is tolerable.
