Hot spring Hotels in Hangzhou

i have been to the hot springs three times before but I had never stayed at the hotel. This was my first time. I imagine the receptionist felt a little nervous when faced with two foreigners and maybe she felt shy. However, I found her lack of greeting, not a 你好 or 下午好， a little cold. When she did communicate with us, it was in super fast Mandarin to which I requested 请慢慢说 to no avail. She repeated just as fast twice more. I felt frustrated and then resorted to using a translation app. She called over an English-speaking Indonesian staff member. I don’t have the expectation that people will speak English to me, but I do appreciate slowing down in Mandarin and using simpler language. Hand gestures help a lot also. I wish she had told us the WiFi password, and where to access the hot springs. These are two key pieces of information a receptionist should provide when you check into a hot springs hotel. Our room had plastic flip flops to be worn to the hot springs. My pair had two left feet. When I showed the staff member on the second floor, she was helpful and got me a new pair. The hot springs were lovely, as usual. The buffet breakfast was better than the buffet dinner. The layout of the hotel leaves you walking from building to building. At first it’s confusing, but then it becomes okay.

During the Spring Festival this year, the whole family chose to stay in a hotel in Tianmu Mountain and booked a quadruple room with mountain view. Unlike other hotels, I did not receive advance greetings from hotel staff before traveling. However, I saw advance greetings in other reviews, so I did not Know what the hotel’s screening criteria are. After arriving at the hotel, the front desk staff who checked in were not very friendly and very routine, but some of the service staff I met later were more enthusiastic. One thing to say is that the exterior design of the hotel is very thoughtful and impressive, but the soundproofing facilities in the rooms cannot be said to be very bad. I can only say that they are almost non-existent. You can even hear the noise in the next room if you don't want to. . . In addition, the central air conditioning in the hotel is fixed and cannot be controlled in the room. It can only be turned off directly. However, it was still very hot. The elders almost lost sleep because of the heat on the first night. The last thing I want to say is that the hotel's breakfast is not satisfactory. If you need to spend extra money to buy it, I really don't recommend it.

My husband and I decided to go out for a hot spring bath at the last minute. The resort experience was very good, and the cave hot springs were very exciting hahahaha! The rainbow slide was fun, but I was scared to death because I was timid, hahahaha! The buffet breakfast provided was great! It was also fun to play billiards in the gym. All the service staff had very good attitudes, especially the receptionist, Ms. Li Tingting, who was very patient and attentive. High praise.

Great place! We felt very welcomed there, every moment from check in till check out! Small details: special omelette from the restaurant during buffet breakfast, welcome fruit basket in the room, help with ordering the tickets for the many entertainment facilities by the hotel! Amazing location for family get away with young kids! Water world, amusement park, hot spring are all within the hotel area, don’t miss the buffet dinner! Thank you for wonderful summer fun! And all the staff at the Water Park are super helpful and friendly!

Absolutely Amazing. I went to this resort due to feedback from one of my students parents. Breakfast and afternoon tea was stunning, the main restaurant buffet was great the first night, okay the second night. Book one of the villas with the afternoon tea package and you will be surprised at the service you get. All the staff were customer focused however my favourite staff member was Angel who went above and beyond to help. He added me on wechat to ensure that he could make our stay the best possible. The spa treatment was the best I have had in 3 years. To say how impressed I was with the resort and the service especially from Angel, I have already booked to stay there again.

The hotel is located on Manjuelong Road in the West Lake Scenic Area of ​​Hangzhou. It is quiet in the bustle and built against the mountains. It has white walls and black tiles with ivy all over the wall. It is simple and stylish. The cafe on the first floor has books, scenery and coffee. There are several cute little pets, perfect for dazing and taking photos. The room is luxuriously decorated, clean and hygienic, with brand bathroom and toiletries. The oversized floor-to-ceiling windows + automatic skylights on the roof, paired with the emerald green sofa, are great for taking photos. Movies 👍, reading in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows, and taking a bath under the stars satisfied all my girlish feelings. The hotel's bubble room is also a highlight. It has a unique shape and is very comfortable to soak in the hot springs after a day of fun! The hotel's breakfast really amazed me. It was carefully prepared. It was not only nutritious and satisfied my taste buds, but the restaurant environment was also very healing. The staff at the hotel are very attentive and the little brother also carefully introduced the surrounding attractions and travel routes, which is really great. If I have the opportunity to come to Hangzhou in the future, I will choose to stay at Jianxiang Hotel again.

The hardware is okay, both the room and the hot spring are very good. The room is new and the terrace has a very good view. You can also order some milk tea and Starbucks in the room. The barbecue we ordered was also delicious. There are three hot springs. You can go to two of them. There are not many people. Children in the cute pet paradise will like it. The area around the big lawn of the cute pet paradise is worth a walk. The service is a bit lacking and needs to be improved. Breakfast is better than dinner. The price of the arcade is too expensive. Two or three coins per game is more reasonable. Overall, it is very good. It is suitable for three days and two nights of slow-paced experience.

I was curious and booked a night to try it out. The conclusion was really good, no wonder there were no negative reviews! The pick-up and drop-off were arranged before check-in. The afternoon tea after check-in was also very thoughtful. The breakfast was also great. The hotel is very close to Faxi Temple and Lingyin Temple. It takes ten minutes to walk. The toiletries are all big brands and are quite good. The most important thing is the service. My friend sprained her ankle. The little girl at the front desk helped us to extend the check-out. The driver who sent us to the transfer point drove halfway and calculated the time for us to call a car. When we arrived at the place in one or two minutes, the car we called arrived and we didn’t have to wait. We asked him to leave first but he didn’t leave. We kept waiting for the car to come and put our luggage in the car before leaving. I will stay at this hotel next time.

The room also has a balcony. I like the green decoration, which complements the surrounding environment. The floor-to-ceiling window design can also see the outside scenery.
