Great hotel but the room is quite small. You can't open your luggage on the floor unless moving the bed together and you will have some space at a window. You can check in/out by yourself at the lobby. Very quiet. Bed is very comfy.

Extremely cost down, the bathroom is very small, there is no supply of drinking water or pajamas, and the slippers are disposable and difficult to wear. There are no cups, only paper cups. There is a fee for changing towels, and there is a fee for cleaning (but it was not mentioned in the reservation). If you forget to bring the key, the fine will be more expensive than the rent. The refrigerator is small and noisy. It is far away from the lively area, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk to Naba. There are many toy and maid shops nearby (which otakus may love). If other residents on the same floor turn on the air conditioning, you cannot turn on the heating. Advantages: clean, luggage can be weighed on the first floor. The towels are very thick and comfortable.

It is a bit far from Namba Station, it will open in 2023, and the facilities are quite new. Scales are provided in the public area, and luggage and backpacks can be weighed before leaving. The room space is a bit small, the small refrigerator is very cute, there is a balcony with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the sun shines in during the day.

The location is convenient. It was great that it was so close to the station. Self-automated check-in allows you to check in even late, and the front desk staff was kind. Breakfast was not included, but the service coupon included five free steamed oysters, which was great. There are various commercial facilities nearby, so I would like to stop by again if I have the opportunity.

I wanted to store my luggage, but there was no one at the front desk. I tried to contact the front phone number, but I couldn't get through. TV doesn't connect to terrestrial digital, only BS connects. The room is small. I couldn't check in using my reservation number. There is only a mirror in the bathroom, which is inconvenient when setting your hair. I was asked to leave the room earlier than the check-out time indicated on my reservation confirmation. Honestly, it was the worst ever. I think there are many other hotels with good service at the same price. I didn't want to stay there again. The only good things about it are that the shampoo is Pola and there is wifi.

The hotel is located in a good area which is the best part of the hotel. The rooms are super small, barely enough room for one person let only two. The hotel room was at least clean. I found the staff to be a little petty and not very accommodating. If I visit Osaka, I probably would not stay here again.

Balconies! Walkable, clean, quiet. Its a great location. Quick walk to Namba station, and pretty close to the midway point between Dotonburi and the tower. Would stay again.

It's a bit far from Namba Station, and the room is even smaller, but for the affordable price, I really can't complain.

All aspects are up to standard, and the price is good. There is no space in the room, and there are no chairs on the terrace, but there are 2 beds. The beds are comfortable and the hot water flows smoothly.

It was clean and quiet, but the bathroom smelled a lot like the KTX bathroom, so other than that I was satisfied.
