酒店很不錯，前台小王服務特別好。在酒店參加培訓，衞生非常不錯，每天都會有阿姨主動過來打掃，唯一有點不足的就是房間隔音不是特別好。

是在攜程上訂的房，網上宣傳的很好，** 三百多兩天.我們為了入住體驗感更好就在攜程上訂的，一晚近400塊含早.。酒店外觀特別好看，入住了感覺沒有宣傳的好，早餐很好吃，前台服務員王佳特別的好，表揚一下，房間裏的衞生間有味道，有噪音，歺廳負責煮麪的阿姨可能有起床氣，態度不好，總之下次不會入住，虛假宣傳的感覺！衹有前台服務員王佳的服務還讓我們感受到了，過年了酒店有新氣氛的感覺！

對於經常出差的我來説酒店的舒適度是非常重要的。這次去杭州看了酒店名字還覺得不錯，就定了兩晚。到了酒店還沒check in服務生就讓我寫好評，不然我定的房間沒有，衹能安排我很破舊的房間。被迫無奈我應答了一聲，終於拿到一間房間。但不敢相信的是後面，1:衞生間沒有手紙，沒有沐浴露、護髮素，打電話到前台，一個女服務生冷冷的和我説洗髮水也可以洗澡…當場崩潰，其他除了牙刷和根本不能用的梳子之外什麼都沒有，也沒有充電線，枕頭和被子都很硬晚上睡不好。Anyway，不會再去這家酒店了，還不如某家。本來不想寫差評的，今天又收到酒店來催我寫好評的訊息，所以就把實情告訴各位，性價比超低的一家酒店，和旅館差不多，應該是我這輩子住過最差的一家了。

酒店壞境很好可以停車，早餐豐盛但是沒有洗衣房，出差的朋友來杭州可以考慮離地鐵站也很近走路五分鐘就到了

缺點:床很硬，床上很多粉塵，被子一掀大人小孩都打噴嚏，可以摸得到的粉塵，隔音不好，住的六樓，半夜12點多3樓的KTV聲音很明顯能聽得到。
優點:有智能馬桶，停車位免費
