The customer service was excellent especially 小周 at the front desk. She was really helpful and responded kindly and promptly. The lady managing breakfast was very nice and super accomodating. There was a lot of food to choose from and the breakfast time 8-10am is really considerate. The hotel location is in a perfect spot just next to the metro station and some minutes walk to anywhere you want to go. The robot service was excellent and the room cozy the price is a bit high for the standard of hotel but i understand that it's in a good location so it's ok. My overall experience was great. I totally recommend it
