Atour Properties in Harbin

The front desk staff asked me to scan a QR code and register for something, claiming it was a mandatory requirement from the public security bureau. Only after I strongly pushed back did they admit it wasn't actually compulsory. I later found out it was just to sign up for some kind of hotel account. For a nationwide chain like Atour, this kind of incident is definitely an isolated problem with this specific branch.

This is a well designed hotel and had everything I needed for my stay in Harbin. My room was comfortable, and I appreciated the bottles of water provided every day. The humidifier in the room helped lessen the effect of the air conditioning, which can be drying when staying for a while. The hotel also provides very useful extras such as alcohol wipes in the room everyday. I had food delivered to my room via robot which was interesting! The only thing I missed in my room was a fridge and they only provided tea and not coffee in the room. The facilities at the hotel are good, I used the gym which is small but provides weights, a running machine, mats, resistance bands etc. There is also a laundry room which is well stocked with detergent, softener and disinfectant as well as tumble dryers and ironing facilities. The hotel is only a short walk or drive from a big mall if you need to go to the supermarket or grab a coffee at Starbucks.

On my trip to Harbin, I chose this hotel because it's very close to the train station and the Museum Metro Station on Line 2. There's also a large shopping area nearby for dining. They even included two days of breakfast. The A.T. House service and room quality were truly exceptional, no complaints there. When I checked out, I accidentally left a comb in the room. It wasn't expensive, but it had been with me for many years. A meticulous housekeeper found it, and the front desk staff called me to arrange for it to be sent back via SF Express. A special thanks to Shu Yan and Lin Xiaoxiao at the front desk. This small act really highlights their excellent service. I'll definitely be a returning guest if I have the chance to visit again! 🥰🥰

Atour Hotel is really nice. The front desk service is friendly, the rooms are clean, and most importantly, the transportation is very convenient to go anywhere. You can get to popular check-in spots such as Central Street and Sophia Church by taking a taxi for the starting price. The transportation is really convenient.

This hotel just remind me japanese hotel with its cleanliness, neat, practice and you get everything you need when travel. More value because the room also big. Washing machine n dryer was so good. The front desk so kind. Free water bottle as many you need. And zhongyang street just next to it.

The front desk lady warmly served tea, and the room was impeccably clean, allowing for a pressure-free deep sleep. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, the toiletries were of high quality, and thoughtful amenities like a tea set and tea bags were provided. The breakfast offered a rich and varied mix of Western and Chinese options that never repeated. The 24-hour laundry room and robot room service were incredibly practical. Every staff member greeted guests with a smile and was responsive to every request, making for a truly warm and considerate experience. Whether for a business trip or leisure travel, it's a comforting haven that I've come to cherish. It has become my top choice for accommodation, and I will definitely be back!

Location: The hotel is located in Nangang District, near Harbin West Railway Station. It's a 300-meter walk to the Line 3 subway station, and Wanda Plaza and Jinjue Vientiane City are nearby. The location is excellent. Facilities: The lobby is quite spacious and bright. We booked a twin room, and it was very roomy. The 1.35-meter twin beds are perfect for a family of three. It's the usual Atour quality; the beds and pillows are soft yet supportive, very comfortable. Hygiene: Impeccable, I trust Atour's standardized management. Service: The front desk staff were all very enthusiastic. After all the praise, as usual, I have to mention a few drawbacks. The hotel is located within an office building, with Atour occupying several floors. Several floors below are Hanting, and there are other hotels upstairs. Since the elevators are shared, they look a bit old and worn. Another point: I asked a staff member for an extra pillow (repeatedly emphasizing it wasn't a throw pillow, but a sleeping pillow, because we have a ten-year-old child who needed one). The staff member came once and brought a baby buckwheat pillow. I explained again that it was for an older child and we needed a standard pillow. The staff said they would go look for one but then never followed up. I didn't bother to argue further. Attached is a photo of the view from our room. It's lively outside, but the room has excellent soundproofing.

Must give Atour +10086 points! ‼️ This Atour truly lives up to my careful selection. The location is excellent, with complete amenities nearby. The hotel is situated on high ground, so our room on the first floor (and I'm very happy with the first floor! It feels very secure) wasn't damp at all. The hotel is very clean, and the environment is comfortable and elegant. Special shout-out to the two young ladies at the front desk, another +1000 points! The first one recommended delicious barbecue across the street. The other front desk staff had cute dimples, was very sweet and gentle, and gave my son a croissant-shaped keychain that he absolutely adores. 🥰 Harbin is a super friendly city. Our trip was rushed, and we missed visiting the Unit 731 Museum, which is a shame, so we'll have to come back again next time. 💜

Hotels are basically ok. Room size is moderate, breakfast food variety is okay, the hotel should have bought Ado Hotel, but the old hotel name has not been changed, the name of Rong  what with red paper to live, so I turned around the hotel twice, finally asked the nearby store people know, another thing makes me wonder why the bath towel placed on the toilet, no hygiene common sense.

This was my first stay at Atour, and overall, I had a fantastic experience. The aromatherapy scent was lovely, the room layout was thoughtfully designed, the facilities felt high-quality, and they clearly put effort into their selections (the tea in the mini-fridge was delicious!). The room was also spotlessly clean. The large reading room was bathed in sunlight, and it's the first time I've seen a hotel curate its book collection with such care. The breakfast was varied but not overwhelmingly so, offering both Chinese and Western options that were fresh, tasty, and presented cleanly. The hotel's service was also excellent. We checked in late at night, and the front desk staff was energetic, efficient, professional, and very friendly. They even upgraded our room. In the morning, a staff member called to ask if we wanted to extend our stay, and when we said no, he thoughtfully added, 'No rush, check-out is at 2 PM…' If the hardware of a hotel is a necessity, then the quality of its service truly defines whether a hotel has a heart. My classmate always stayed here and consistently recommended it, but staying here myself, I now understand their fondness and trust in Atour. Staying at Atour feels like being cared for during your travels.
