早餐中規中矩，還可以。位於時代廣場邊上，周邊吃飯地方也有，同等價位的酒店可選不少，整體不錯，唯一是洗臉盆放出來的水帶紅，嚇死了

服務人員都很温柔，我出門忘了帶房卡，正好看見阿姨，讓阿姨幫我開下門，阿姨説，我沒有看見你從那個房間走出來，我也沒辦法確定你就是這間房的顧客，所以沒辦法給你開門，雖然沒給我開門，但是卻讓我感覺到了安全，阿姨不確定的情況下沒有隨意給人開門，點個贊！

酒店設施設備都很新，房間空間很大，雖然離馬路比較近但隔音做得也非常好。酒店工作人員都很熱情。早餐也是應有盡有非常豐富。周邊酒店比較多，同比周邊酒店感覺性價比是最高的。值得推薦。

住的很舒適，孩子中考入住三天，礦泉水不夠喝，又免費送了一瓶。酒店周邊環境也不錯，大飄窗窗台上可以按科目擺放很多書，離四十六中南區步行六分鐘，離十字路口有點距離，很安靜。我家孩子説比住家裡考試都舒服。

五一假期來合肥旅遊預訂了這家酒店，意外的驚喜，酒店地理位置不錯，周圍有地鐵，有商場，停車方便且免費，酒店也很新，送了歡迎水果，mini吧飲料也免費，礦泉水暢飲，還送三份早餐。關鍵五一假期居然是這麼優惠的價格，下次如果來或者朋友來必須推薦這家酒店。

設施：房間很大，也很乾凈，窗户也很大，樓層高，很安靜。元旦入住還送了一份新年日曆。
服務：入住還有小零食飲料和水果。
離地鐵口較近，去融創樂園還比較方便，如果下次去玩還會選擇。

入住體驗很不錯，希望房間裏洗漱台再配個紙巾，房間配上浴袍，會更完美！前台服務員鄭一陽服務讓我很滿意。還有就是我先生應酬喝多了，客房半夜給我們送蜂蜜，就這個温暖的行為，下次出差，首選還是這家，遺憾的是忘記拍照了，不過，真的推薦大家選天鵝湖大酒店承悦濱湖
