I really can't recommend this hotel enough. Myself and family stayed for a week we arrived last Sunday night and the Hotel had laid on some food for us anticipating us being hungry, the hotel room was comfortable and cleaned daily with fresh towels. The food was exemplary we were bowled over by how efficient the staff were. Although they may seem direct they are incredibly professional and run the hotel with many guests seamlessly. The staff in the kitchens particularly work so hard to make sure all meals run on time and perfectly. The food is so good and a varied Manu every day, we weren't bored once. Local food is offered in the Cretan restaurant, and Chinese and Japanese but you should book up all week to get the time slot you want. Buffet food but a la carte quality. I'd like to mention Kristiana in the main restaurant who was so kind and happy every single day and made us feel very welcome. The accommodation is made up of blocks of rooms laid out in a well presented palm and flowered tree lined avenues. A short walk across of a quiet road is the waterpark which we didn't leave all week. A toddler pool situated next to a 5-15 year old play pool. Further around another toddler pool by an adult swim pool and lazy river and flumes for the older kids.

We had another wonderful vacation at star beach hotel. The staff in the hotel is very nice and helpful, especially the Romanian couple George and Diana from the main restaurant, who gave us and our children a wonderful welcoming vacation feeling. Compliments on our behalf and maybe see you soon!

Just back from this hotel. All oure family is sick, all started in the Hotel. We dont know is food or water poisoning, o som kind of Virus. Symptoms stomach eiks, vomiting and diarrhea. Hotel is not bad, kids love water slides, drinks is average, food is not bad ( but with suprices).

An absolutely amazing holiday at Star Beach!!! I can quite honestly say there is not ONE SINGLE thing I could complain about here!! Absolutely spotless rooms, amazing food, gorgeous views, pools are brilliant for kids, no ques for waterslides, always plenty of sunbeds available round the pools. Quick service on drinks and snacks round the pool. All toilets nice and clean too always cleaners about. We felt really safe here too!! Kids entertainment was brilliant, there was a Disney show that My 5 Yr old loved and brought a tear to my eye. Loads of shops and restaurants close by, go karts and mini golf on site too aswell as watersports on the beach.. Ignore bad reviews we cannot wait to go back!! Something for everyone!

Its like being in Turkey, its 00:04 and stayinng in main building familyroom and the noise is horrible. Hope to get better located room tomorrow. People plahing pool and being loud and sound comes right to ur room. Family hotel? Party all the place?

Me, my fiancé, 2 year old and 9 month old have just flown back from our holiday at Star Beach Village and what a holiday it’s been! The hotel is absolutely incredible, something for everyone! The rooms are spacious and clean with fresh towels, water restocked and beds are made everyday. The beds are extremely comfortable too! I would highly recommend paying extra for a sea view room. The views are to die for! The food is lovely, the kids ate a variety of the food and really enjoyed it. The different food themes every night made tea time exciting- the Tex Mex night was our favourite. We made a reservation at the Cretan Star restaurant and the Asian Star restaurant, both buffet and both were enjoyed by us all! The pool areas are all amazing, plenty of pools to choose from and plenty of sun beds. The entertainment at night was incredible too, the mini disco was enjoyed by our 2 year old, he loved it! The only thing that we found to be a slight negative was there was no lift to the top floor, so with a double buggy and all of our bags and swim stuff it was quite hard to get up with both babies 😂 some other families were kind enough to help us to the top some days 😂 Hersonissos town centre is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel, there’s loads of shops and tavernas, we definitely spent up 😂 We are definitely booking again for next year and wish we could’ve stopped for longer, we didn’t want to come home! Thank you Star Beach Village for an incredible holiday for our family!

This hotel is amazing from a smooth checkout to a lovely room with a sea view. The only downfall was no lift to the top floor with a buggy. But with an amazing view didnt mind carrying the buggy up All the staff worked so hard from the staff at the restaurants, especially Jenny and Xaris. And to the lovely receptionist Angelica and her colleagues so professional and always happy to help with a lovely smile. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels. For All inclusive the food was lovely, especially the salads and the pizzas. Thank you to Star Beach for an amazing holiday.

Great food. Specially shout out to the chefs who made the baclava. Room was very spacious. Enough space for 6 and a cot bed. Staff were very friendly. Barman in the main bar was great at cocktails. Grab one while waiting to check in. Did I mention the food? Loads of choice with a different theme each night. They have a few buffet style restaurants. I think the Asian buffet needs improving. The food is not to the same standard as the other two. Snack bar near large pool slide/tower was great. Make your own noodles etc when hungry during the day. We went before the main week and could see everything starting to open up and getting busy as we were leaving.

Great stay, clean rooms, lovely resort, great pools, slides and lots of areas to spread out. Food was mediocre, ate out on an evening to koutouloufari traditional Greek tavernas. Drinks was local alcohol, not branded, not the best not the worst. Overall a lovely family holiday.
