The hotel is a bit further from the airport than I expected. Reception, lounge and breakfast area are located on 4th floor. Rooms are on upper floors. My room was large, clean and the bathroom looked newly renovated and very nice. Water pressure was good. TV cable worked. Landline did not work. Wake up call by means of knocking on the door was not done despite being requested. Breakfast was buffet style though limited (beef patties, omelette patties, DIY waffles, cereals, yogurt, tea/coffee). For an evening meal, if you don't want to walk to some eateries, as the area is not quite safe, there are a few delivery options... Flyer menus are at the reception and in your room. I did not order, so don't know the quality of food. Free shuttle was on time. The hotel was good for an overnight stay.

It’s a very average hotel, although the facilities are very complete. The room is big and facing the sea. The view is good, but it’s an old hotel. The air conditioner is very noisy, and the one in the living room is broken. Ask someone to fix it, but it’s not cold at all because it’s a central air conditioner that can’t be repaired. Fortunately, the weather is cool at night. Anyway, I will definitely not choose this hotel next time.

The property was conveniently located from the airport, and to the port of Miami. The wait for the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel was nearly an hour, others had been waiting even longer. The stay itself was nice, property was clean and the complimentary breakfast was nice.

Free shuttle to cruise pirt was a surprise perk! Shuttle service from airport was confusing. No signage or information on web siteanywhere to let us know that pick up was only at 2 specific points in the airport . We waited nearly 2 hours before finally calling the hotel in frustration.

We loved it here! We have stayed at a bunch of hotels, and we always go for one the looks decent and is priced low… well this one surpassed all our expectations! It was way cheaper than the other options, so we were expecting it to be cheap and dirty… but it was amazing! The building was clean and well decorated, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and the room was huge and newly furnished. We will definitely be going back to this hotel next time we’re in Miami 10 out of 10x

Everything was good, but the shower not great for an elderly person. It was a bath tub without safeguards. For a young person, not a problem.
