Aberdare

Lovely hotel, staff are really nice, powerful shower, good size rooms, stayed here three times always clean and nice will request upstairs rooms as this time sleep was disturbed both nights but people upstairs. How ever avoid the pub the food is ok but service is shocking such a shame as it brings the hotel experience down. There is a kfc, greggs , domino's next door and a supermarket nice and close easy to get to the hotel. Will stay again

Greeted by a lovely receptionist, room open and spacious and very clean. Beds were amazingly comfortable! Bathroom a good size and the shower was hot and powerful! Perfect location for our waterfall searching and dipping long weekend. Pub next door for breakfast and dinner, could do a meal deal which was perfect for us. You also had the option of a supermarket, Greggs, KFC and Dominoes on the same complex. Big free car park.

Rundown dreary rooms with bits of wood nailed to skirting, not even painted to disguise. Wood on units worn. Chair stained, soap dispenser rusty. Bed was clean and comfortable. Net curtain grey and worn, with dirt around windows. Overpriced for quality of room.

Nice quiet hotel in the valleys plenty around to see and good travel options to get there. Staff are friendly and helpful

I honestly couldn't believe it when I'd got home and my daughters were covered in bites. There's also carpet bugs. I won't be staying again.

Adequate for my needs just travelling to attend a family event. Not very keen on Brewers Fayre so took the opportunity to visit a better quality restaurant locally. Staff in the hotel were 5 star. Unfortunately the heating/cooling fan was running all night. Will turn fan off on another visit

My son asked to stay at the Premier Inn for his 7th Birthday, and he loved every second! The team decorated our room with balloons and banners and even got him a present that he loved. Nicola and the team were lovely and helped with everything we needed, my sons already talking about our next visit. Thank-you aberdare premier inn.

Upon walking into the hotel, I was greeted by the loveliest member of staff. Kayleigh was very welcoming, professional and fantastically quick at checking me in. Not only that, but being a solo traveler, it can be quite boring staying in a hotel. Kayleigh made the time to talk to me, after I had dinner that night. We had a great chat and really put the world to rights! (I felt so bad keeping her for so long!) Premier Inn/Whitbread - Kayleigh is a credit to you. Please pass on my sincere thanks to Kayleigh. I trust you will recognise her as a valuable member of staff. Huw

Amazing hotel very friendly helpful staff happy go accommodate extra needs rooms lovely and clean would highly recommend to anyone hotel is also very close to easy to access shops snd restaurants shich make your stay even easier
