But everything else was ok. I was very pessimistic given the bad reviews that I have read. But I was VERY surprised. The receptionist did speak English and helped with my luggage. The room was as pictured. There was even hot water. There was no drinking water provided though but it wasn't a dealbreaker.

I arrived at dawn on a backpacking trip and stayed in a 4-person dormitory room to sleep for a while until the morning. The accommodation itself was very nice and I was very satisfied. Compared to bunk bed dormitories, the bed was hotel-style, so it was comfortable, and the curtains were good, so personal privacy wasn't bad. A bit like a Japanese capsule hotel? However, there was a feeling that the storage space was a bit lacking around the bed except for the large locker. Also, the thing that came to be lacking the most was that hot water did not come out. I thought it wouldn't come out because it was dawn, so I washed it and waited for the next day, but it didn't come out the next day either, so I took a cold shower. However, it was not completely cold water because it was Southeast Asia, but it was cold enough to take a shower. Anyway, it is positively evaluated for being able to check in early in the morning.

Came here for a few nights as apart of at tour. The location is very central, on a busy street opposite the park, but there are few bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by. Parts of the building are renovated and some not. The facilities are variable with no bar, just a fridge. The rooms are also variable as is the cleaning of them. Don’t get a front room as road noise is high. Some windows are hard to close and the TV has no European language channels or news. The bed in our room was a king size base with a double mattress, so we kept catching our legs on the corner. The service is slow and variable quality, while the breakfast was limited to eggs, bread and jam. Nothing is really bad, but also not very good either…

The staff are very polite and attends to guests' needs promptly. The location of the hotel is 3-5 mins walk from ben thanh market and within 10-15mins walk from most eateries/coffeehouse/bubble tea store. If u need a fat american breakfast, macdonalds and kfc is within 15mins walk. Nearest convenient store is ministop followed by g25 and family mart (in that order).

This hotel room blew me away! Impeccably clean, it felt like a cozy haven. The shower was a spa-level experience – hot water on demand, fantastic pressure. Everything was in top-notch condition, making my stay incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend for a delightful and rejuvenating getaway! 👏

The rooms are clean, comfortable, great location, everything is perfect. But most of all we love there were the staff who were outstanding in everything, always smiling, saying hello every time see you, or just having a friendly chat with us every day.

The apartment rooms are exquisitely decorated, the service attitude is good, and the customer service can speak Chinese, which is really convenient. If you don't understand something abroad, you can still ask her. The apartment is next to Tower 81 and has a nice view of the city center. The rooms are well-equipped with kitchenware and provide a great experience.

Very cool building and luxurious room for the money! The only thing is that it is not in a very pleasant area and it is difficult to get to the place, especially considering that the point on Google maps is located in a slightly different place. We stayed 3 nights in Roseland Centa hotel. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, extensive breakfast buffet, good location. The greatest brightness of this hotel is the reception staff. They shall do everything in their power to make the stay as pleasant as possible. For example, Long advised us to go to look at the firework from the roof of Roseland Sweet Hotel and reserved a VIP table, we asked 2 additional heads and were brought in an eye-spot, ... Best location and best hotel ever i stay in ho chi minh city. Guest friendly hotel and this hotel exactly in the center of walking street Bui Vien. I highly suggested this hotel. But who doesn't like sound, clubbing, bar loud music this place is not for him/her.
