I have checked in many times. Although the location is not good, everything else is generally full marks. I arrived early and asked the front desk if I could check in earlier. The front desk staff were very polite and helped me check in early! The room was clean and well-organized. Because of the wooden floor, the room has no smell. I will stay here again.

Highly recommend for families travellers to stay here as they have a relatively big room compared to others hotel in HK and they have 2 queen beds in the room! Overall I had a great experience staying here, it was quite clean and the hotel staffs were really helpful. It’s also a good location as it’s just above the Moko shopping mall and the mongkok east lrt! Would definitely stay here again next time!

Very basic no-frills old-style hotel but clean. Location is superb, can walk all around Tsim Sha Tsui. We walked from the ferry terminal to Avenue of stars. Good for people who do not spend much time in the hotel, but spend more time outside.

Location is very convenient, can get to the MTR station in a few mins! There is a mall and restaurants nearby too. The hotel itself is quite unique, it’s got different themes on each floor. Staff is good as well and room service is quite fast. Would defo recommend as the pricing is worth it.

Normally I’m a no frills kinda guy, but decided to treat myself to a nice spot after staying in a few hostels on my trip so I sprang for the top floor rooms and boy was it worth it. Staff treats you like a king upon arrival with a special front desk in the upper level and a personal escort to your room. Special access to a top level bar with a complimentary daily happy hour and exceptional view of Victoria’s Harbor. If you wanna feel like a baller or impress a special guest do this.

The hotel is located in an easy-to-find location and accessible via taxi or public transportation such as buses and trams. We had an experience of a hassle-free check-in process also no deposit needed.I booked the hotel through Trip.com for 5 day stay.The hotel staff is proficient in communication. Great value for money. A little away from central but nice to see local area. Dated furnishings but clean and comfortable. My boyfriend and I decided to do a staycation for the weekend and Hyatt Centric was an easy choice. Although the room was quite small, it still provided that luxurious vibe. I think I would upgrade to a bigger room to be able to enjoy the bathtub as our room selection only had a shower. Staff were very helpful and friendly!

We had a wonderful stay at Metropark Hotel Mongkok, spending a night with our family. The hotel's location couldn't be better – the airport bus #A21 stops right in front of the main entrance, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. You'd expect a desk or workspace in every room to be de rigeur in a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately this is Hong Kong. My previous hotel did not have that, and I ended up with a very sore back from being hunched over. The Ramada, however, at least has a little adjustable tabletop and a stool in the room. But what was really a godsend was the lounge / business centre next to reception. Lots of tables in a bright and comfy room, it became my office of sorts. The staff are nice and accommodating, letting me use it in the middle of the night as well. Thanks to them and the room, I was able to clear my work and fully enjoy my last few days in HK.

A nice stay for Christmas in Hong Kong. I was upgraded to a bigger room when I was unhappy with the worn look of the walls in my first room. Comfy beds. Older rooms. Renovated bathroom. AMAZING SHOWER☺️. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. They really go above and beyond to help you when you are in need. (It's a long story)A special thank you to Suenn🥰 Also, there's a superb restaurant next to the 7-11 two minute walk from hotel. We ate there twice during our two day stay-Charon. Been stayed at this hotel for many times before and it's always as nice as usual. Room was spacious with nice open city view. Everything's clean and tidy and the bed was super comfy! Bathroom was clean and literally got everything there! All the staffs were very friendly and helpful! Especially front desk, very patience. Highly recommended, def will come back again!
