This was a family friendly hotel for a reasonable budget. Our room smelled stale and was quite dusty such as layer of dust on tv and hairy sediment on lampshades. Sink in kitchenette had a greasy film. Tile on bathroom wall was broken and some parts missing and tub had black stains. Bathroom floor has rust spots. Carpet felt gritty and dirty. 2 of the outlets didn’t seem to work. Also, the window was cloudy and smeared. We went to the pool to find one towel available for 2 of us to use.

The hotel is starting to show its age. The toilet in my room was broken and the room phone was filthy. The pool hasn’t been cleaned in so long that every top row tile has graffiti carved in the scum. Loved the bar.

We always like to stay at Embassy suites. However, this property looks old. The carpeting and the window trea**ents are in need of replacement. The staff was wonderful and breakfast is very good.

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was really good on sunday, not sure why peanut butter and brown sugar wasn't out monday, but still provided custom eggs/omelets. Should make it clear parking is an extra $10/day or more for valet rather than fully included. feel like being nickel and dimed with extra cost for wifi and parking after paying 150+/night

We really appreciated that there were enough staff to do excellent work, and they seemed rested, had senses of humor, and just didn't seem stressed out. I paid the same amount for a different hotel last month elsewhere, and there were clearly not enough staff and they were all stressed, so the hotel was messy and non-functional in all sorts of ways. Not here

We always stay at embassy when we travel. A little disappointed in the managers special limitation on drinks but overall everything is great.
