The Service was horrible, One in particular lady at Food Area, was not people friendly at all , very nasty and rude , do not need to be in front of people, she needs to be in house keeping or some where else. I went down to front desk , early next morning to remind lady , to have towels and shower soap refilled, she made a note , but she did not turn it in. That was a middle age White Lady. On returning late that afternoon-She did not turn it in. No towels and soap again, after a long day at Zoo. So the young Black lady said she would fix it , don’t worry . She went to back and gave us soap and towels. She then told us , because of problem , We would be compensated with commentary breakfast for Rooms 603 & 606,We had 2Rooms.The next morning again , no notes were put in computer. Such a mess about it , we decided to leave and find breakfast else where. We were very hurt as our long 3 and 1 half hour drive back home. The sleep was wonderful , but we felt some kind of way , the way we were treated. The young Black guy at desk , was very , very skilled in the way , He talked to us. He tried to explain the right thing to do to the rude, but she acted like she own the place.Also in the end a nice Spanish or Indian -guy came in, He was very nice and wanted to help us , by then my girls was pissed and wanted to leave. So you only have 2 good workers that weekend , that had a heart of Gold, I will never forget them.The 2 Guys , no their stuff. Hats off to them.
