網上下的訂單 帶孩子入住到店了忘記帶身份證 説沒有身份證開不了房間 必須要原件身份證 電子的識別不了 要花兩塊錢一人登記 説是派出所收的錢 第一次遇到這種情況 衞生環境差 死角有垃圾

衞生真的很差勁！浴室我忘記拍了邊邊角角都是陳年污垢，我開完房門第一時間發現馬桶裏有頭髮絲並且旁邊有一包用了一半的紙巾，床腳處還有煙頭，浴巾地巾還有破洞，太噁心了，被子裏面的內膽不知道是姨媽血還是💩，太噁心了，以為套了個被套就萬事大吉了，而且店家各種上綱上線，想要提前入住必須付款五塊錢一個小時的費用，笑死了我在上海哈爾濱北京南京杭州各個大城市住過的同類型的酒店沒一個像你們家這樣的，人家前台都是先看看我們所訂的房間是否有空的然後幫我們提前開房間。我訂的三人間但我們多出一個小朋友，然後我向前台詢要多的一次性拖鞋還有牙刷，前台雖然給我拿了但是很不情願説什麼本來就是三個人的房間原則上就是不可以多人。還説什麼我們可以用房間裏的塑料拖鞋（我忘記拍照片了）那個塑料拖鞋真的很噁心。這家有點真的很差勁，而且我以前住的酒店外賣員都是不可以送上樓的，衹能給外賣放前台去拿，而這家酒店外賣員是可以送外賣上樓的，其次我外出回房間發現門縫上有小廣告，安全問題有待考察。

很少寫差評，但是這一次不得不寫讓大家避雷
看到如家以為是連鎖就應該同樣的標準，但是一進房間有股尿騷味也是絕了，衞生就不合格，跑了幾趟前台都不給換，也不重新搞衞生，最後説要去投訴了才給我們換了一間靠馬路的，結果尿騷味是沒了，但是隔音超級差根本無法入睡，我都懷疑店家故意搞我們，開開心心的來旅遊結果搞這麼一出，這家店一生黑從此如家就是黑名單
連衞生都做不好還做什麼酒店服務😡😡😡

老闆心黑的很，有房間他也不讓你辦入住，必須讓你下午兩點鐘以後才能辦理入住。如果你想提前辦理入住也可以，就按5元每小時加收。老闆你是想錢想瘋了嗎？

垃圾 剛入住第一件事情就是燒壺開水 結果壺是這樣的 差點吐了 座機也是壞的 衹能用自己手機打電話聯繫前台幫我換個壺 然後無線也用不了 於是又打了前台電話 這個時候 前台那個男的就有情緒了 然後想不到的是 整個房間裏的插電板 都是沒有電的 於是我又打了前台電話 前台告訴我 都是壞的 衹有 寫字枱的一個是有電的 我就很生氣 不可以用為什麼不提前告訴我 我説給我換個房間 那個男的説 你自己要求換房間的 得你自己下來 態度極差 還罵我跟我老公 我老公很生氣 讓他再説 前台的男的説 怎麼地 你打我啊 來啊來啊 給你打 真的噁心到了極致 工作人員這麼垃圾 衞生也如此垃圾 早點關門大吉吧 另外經常住酒店的人一看就知道床單是沒有換過的 床單不換 馬桶上有尿液 地上根本就沒有拖過 桌子上都是黏糊糊的 從來沒有住過這麼噁心的酒店 無語至極
