"We were staying for a short break on our trip, and based on the principle of staying for one night, we chose this hotel for its good value. I have to say, the room was indeed large, with a bathtub, which the kids were very surprised about, and I loved it too. There was a slight odor in the room, and walking in slippers felt a bit sticky, but these were minor issues. The most outrageous thing was that when the kids wanted to take a bath, I cut my hand on some glass shards in the tub when I started to fill it with water. I called the front desk, and they sent someone up to check. They thought it might have been washed away by the current and didn't see anything. They said they couldn't give an explanation, but they would report it. When I checked out the next day, no one at the front desk explained the situation to me. They coldly checked me out without even a word of concern. Then, when the kids wiped their hands with a towel, they found it was dirty and asked if it hadn't been washed. It was really speechless!"

The hotel's location was also very good. There was a large supermarket downstairs. If you wanted to eat something, you could take the elevator directly to the supermarket. "I have felt the care before I checked in, arranged the room in advance, and agreed on the pick-up time. The pick-up car is still Xiaopeng x9 business car sitting very comfortable. After seeing each guest arrive at the store, the waiter will offer a cup of tea in Atour Village. The details are really good. I have to say that the room is very smart. There is a small speaker to control the lights and curtains. Really lazy Fuxing at night on the second floor and late night porridge for me is very light and warm. I stayed for two consecutive days and we needed to have a meeting the next day. It also helped us find the venue. The store manager's office also sent fruit and tea very carefully, so I looked for Atour."

"I came here on a business trip after the Chinese New Year. It was recommended by a friend. It was my first time staying here. I arrived at the hotel a little late. However, the hotel housekeeper was very considerate, the service was good, enthusiastic and attentive, and the room was upgraded for free. The breakfast was also very good. Overall, it was very good. This stay at Huatai International Phoenix Hotel left me with a very deep impression, especially the breakfast experience, which was the finishing touch.
In the early morning, sunlight shines in through the restaurant's floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a warm and comfortable dining atmosphere. The breakfast is rich and varied, combining Chinese and Western cuisines to meet the taste needs of different guests. What surprised me most was the hotel’s homemade rice noodles, which had a smooth texture, delicious soup, and a variety of ingredients. It was very memorable and started the day full of energy.
In addition to delicious food, the hotel's environment is also very comfortable. The room is spacious and bright, elegantly decorated, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. The hotel's service is impeccable. The staff is warm, thoughtful, and meticulous, always paying attention to the needs of the guests, making people feel at home.
In general, Huatai International Phoenix Hotel is first-class in both hardware facilities and software services, especially the delicious breakfast and thoughtful service, which added a wonderful memory to my journey. Next time I come, I will definitely choose here again!

GGuest UserSo this is the weirdest hotel which I've stayed.
The location is closed to the high speed train station but the only way to get to the hotel is via taxi / DiDi (equivalent to uber) as there r highways in front of the hotel. The ride only costs less than ¥10 1 way.
It's located in the middle of various car show rooms and there are basically nothing else there. (There is a so called restaurant and supermarket which is on the same building) and that's it.
The hotel is on top of a a car show room. Even the DiDi driver who sent me was amazed there's a hotel at such a location.
Nevertheless, the room and bathroom are clean w centralised heating and everything is meeting expectations except for the location. They even threw in a welcome fruit basket for the guests.
If u don't mind just staying closed to the high speed train station and in the middle of nowhere, I think its a decent place to stay in.

GGuest UserThe hotel room was very spacious, clean and modern. The hotel has a small convenience store inside/in the lobby providing necessities. We booked a room with a land mark view which was not provided, or could not be provided since there is no actual land mark around the hotel itself, so it should not be listed as such. Hotel is located next to a mall/ pedestrian street with food stalls, but it seems like the mall itself is closed or partially closed, probably because of chinese new year. It can be very loud during the day and during the night, due to it also being located next to bars. Also there is a big screen playing ads until late in the evening, which can also be heard in the hotel room. Although there are smoking prohibited signs in the rooms (atleast in our room that was stated as a non-smoking room) and in the elevators, it smelled like cigarettes all the time and pretty much everywhere, even on the bedding itself, so if you are a non smoker or sensitive to smells, you should probably check with staff beforehand.

SSupakarnA bit complicated to find the hotel as it’s located on the second floor of an apartment complex inside the sketchy alley, but the hospitality of the auntie staff is exceptional. I forgot to inform her that I need to check out early for the night train, but she managed to open the locked front door for me at 2 AM. Room is as you pay for. I didn’t expect much, so it’s above par for me. It’s the most budget-friendly hotel nearby Huaihua railway station for sure.
