1.入住推開門，房間待裝修，被單臟亂差。2.換了房間後，房間內部無飲用水，床頭有煙灰，設計不合理，辦公桌上竟然沒有插頭，插座老舊，有漏電的風險。
3.服務態度差，手機打了3個電話，1個小時後才喊來服務員，來了以後説了一句我們酒店就這樣，愛住不住的態度。
4.設備老舊，電話按鍵不能用，緊急時間打個110都無法實現，酒店手機信號特差，會無緣無故斷掉。牆面掉漆，地面污垢，門上蜘蛛網。
5.房間裏面盡然沒看到消防器材.安全問題有待考究，最起碼沒放在明眼處。
6.水杯沒有清洗乾淨，湖水臭氣熏天。
7.早餐8.20過去已經收拾乾淨了。
8.早上7.40分，有人不斷敲門，説要換被子，最少三波人，最後有2波人直接就開門進房間了，沒有敲門和按門鈴，直接進的。

服務員服務態度差、酒店衞生設施差，早餐沒什麼東西吃而且全都是蒼蠅看着就噁心，這麼差勁的酒店第一次看見，再也不到這裏來了。
