The hotel service was excellent and they were very friendly to foreigners, they really helped us with information and anything we needed for our room. The receptionist spoke excellent English. The hotel room was great for a family with split level accommodation.

酒店環境優雅，服務周到，早餐小孩免費，最後還送了盒茶葉，入住體驗最後的酒店，沒有之一，如有機會再來黃山，回再選擇入住

房間裝修設施完善，陽台超大。就是早餐較差，8點多飲品就沒有了，也不添加。另外停車場指示不明確，也不知往哪走。

房間硬件感覺差一點，洗澡熱水器都不敢用熱水，一個人都不夠洗，洗澡也沒有浴霸。房間空調也不夠給力，覺得還是蠻冷的。優點是離黃山北門比較近，床還是很大的，睡的也比較舒服。因為訂票前台小姐姐也是比較熱心的講解，提供了幫助。

非常好，前台很有禮貌，山景房大陽台，廁所沒有異味，衞生很乾凈，有免費的自助早餐。推薦，玩黃山從北門入住這在這是不錯的選擇。

酒店整體還可以，離黃山北門比較近，硬件上希望能有所提高，特別是下水的味道，有的房間比較重，但是服務很好，值得表揚

酒店比較新，房間大，每個房間都有個陽台，這個這個不錯，整體環境很好，後面還有個比較大的綜合區，花園、小童遊樂場、魚池等等，總體感覺非常好。
