We dropped on this ‘little gem’ twelve years ago… more than 200 nights later and it still shines. The exceptional hospitality is what sets this hotel apart and creates a relaxing ambiance from breakfast to dinner. Our last holiday here felt just perfect. Why? Well over the years we have met many wonderful staff who just so happened to be working that week. PLR retains its staff which is testament to a well run establishment and Mr Fouquet’s daily presence ensures high standards are maintained. Magdalena, on guest relations, is quietly efficient and took care of our restaurant bookings. The choice and quality of food in all restaurants is most commendable but our favoured has to be Bella; the food, service and a**osphere here is excellent. Also, a special mention to Mahmoud Atito for your faultless service at breakfast and dinner; you are a wonderful addition to the Turquoise restaurant alongside the daily Egyptian dessert corner! We enjoyed our lazy days around the poolside with Morad, Tarek, Osama, Mohamed and Abdo. Such a friendly team that work well together and this shows in the calm, relaxing a**osphere. Also, a big thank you to Carlos for the endless supply of drinks delivered to our sunbeds. Yousef serviced our room daily and was very efficient; nothing was too much trouble and he delivered additional coat hangers and an iron within minutes of us requesting them. Last but not least, Hany. He is consistently smiley and polite and soon gets to know your preferences- a true professional! Very happy to be back in what feels like our second home.

Super hotel, perfect service, staff very kind, the largest bad in my life, many type of special food, (just want to have more fishes, not just fillets), magical taste of natural juices (mango, guava..), nice seats everyver, beautiful large pools. The evenig entertaiment can be a little more sofisticate. I suggest this hotel to all.

We went there for our honeymoon and received a room upgrade including wine and a cake. This is such a warm and friendly hotel and the food is amazing we shall definitely come back very soon.Special thanks to Carlos who did a fantastic job around the pool keeping us well stocked on drinks and to Yousef who kept our room very clean and left us loads of nice surprises. We had an excellent stay, with very good service, a nice and clean hotel and very tasty food. It was also very nice that the resident manager stopped by every day to ask if everything was OK. We really appreciate that. The service was very good and it was very clean everywhere.

The staff was amazing. Also on reception. The Omar helps me a lot and he was amazing guy with a good heart. The food is so delicious, just like the coctails in the pool bar. Beautiful hotel with performance and professionality. It was PERFECT!!!
