Hotel was lovely but the highlight was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and drinks were served really quickly. Davut, Yusuf, Saleh, Lokman were the best bartenders and so friendly for my whole stay. The entertainment team Tina and Tozzy were fabulous, with activities like gym, bingo, beer pong, karaoke, music quiz, and dancing. The rooms were comfortable and toiletries provided. The beach views are perfect. I had the best time. Thank you to everyone at Faros x

I am currently at the hotel and so glad we chose here to stay! The hotel is beyond my expectations, the food is authentic and really delicious with a very good range to suit all tastes. All the staff here go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and relaxed. The beach front is clean and well maintained, I think we chose a perfect time to come as it’s early in the season. The drinks are brilliant and the staff at the bars are attentive. We have been well looked after by Karim and Lukman but the star is Yousef. He has looked after my friend and I so far, always has a nice greeting to us and serves drinks quickly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is wants to be well taken care of in an all inclusive.

The hotel faros was amazing the service was out of this world from the food to the room and the staff service was amazing with special mentions to Davut & Khann as they made the holiday amazing with their smiley faces and laughter ! 12/10 all day ! 🙌🏽

Necoti yusuf provided amazing service throughout our breakfast, lunch and dinners, so attentive and helpful. The hotel was fab and the spa was fantastic, special thanks to Tim too. Would recommend the hotel and location, thank you to all the staff

This hotel is so miss sold.filthy carpets & stairs throughout the hotel.plaster falling of corridor walls.faulty switches, damp in rooms .bodged door handles.dirty soiled sun cushions.dirty & mostly broken sunloungers restaurant dated & dirty.couldnt eat the food it was awful.very repetitive.had to eat out.smell of cat urine all over the hotel.1st time I've ever wrote on trip advisor.AVOID THIS HOTEL

Very good hotel by the beach but also I thouroughlyclose to shops, bars and public transport. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful . Restaurant service was excellent! Pool area was always kept clean - perhaps a few more sun umbrellas are needed during high season. I genuinely recommend this hotel.

Decided on last day to visit L eau spa for a Turkish bath and massage-was very good and relaxing. Would recommend. Staff lovely and respectful and professional. The rep booking the spa treatments was very nice too not pushy just informative. Thank you

I have just returned from a wonderfully relaxing week at Faros. I arrived at about 3.40pm and was told that my luggage would be taken to the room for me if I wanted to get some food before it stopped at 4.00pm. I wasn't hungry but it was a nice gesture. When I got to my room there was a lovely surprise of wine and fruit from the amazing Guest Relations Manager Nina. She also checked on me every day as I am recovering from a ruptured Achilles tendon. A truly kind and caring lady. The staff are all a credit to the hotel and their dedication shows in their work. The main bar staff were attentive and quickly remembered what people were drinking, a nice touch that feels really personal. The staff at the pool bar were also really helpful with putting the parasol up for me and getting a chair for me as I struggled getting up from the sundowners. Kaan from the spa was an absolute gentleman, he spoke every time he saw you and there was no pressure selling for the spa. Special mention to Necati from the restaurant for his kindness and for having my water x 2 all ready for me when he saw me hobbling into the restaurant. I will be back in September with my husband and looking forward to it already xxx T

The staff customer service was excellent throughout our stay, we couldn't fault it. Staff were very pleasant and helpful at all times. Faros you should be very proud of having such dedicated and hard working staff. Naceti and Kaan were just 2 of many, keep up the good work guys.
