The property is good with all amenities. The location is great. From balcony, the view was mesmerising. staffs are so good. They took care of us all through our stay. The food is good. The restaurant team is very operative and cooked food according to our preference. Kajal took all of our care and coordinated with all. We enjoyed our vacation staying in this property. We will obviously recommend this property.

Beautiful property thst is brand new. Literally walking into the front office feels like you are in the clouds wirh the mist often entering the valley. Is a small property with only 36 rooms and hence feels more personalized. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Food is excellent but may get repetitive after 2 days..but the properties outside have very average food and hence this is still way better. Priced quite reasonable - a family of 7 spent 20k for 3 days all meals or 1k per person per day for lunch and dinner which is a steal for a 5 star property. Beyond all the essentials of the hotel, the staff is what makes this place very special!

We stayed at The Valle Munnar for 3 days and these were the unforgettable and best days in our life together. The resort is located in a high hill at Pallivasal which unlocks the beauty of a serene view of the valley down below and forever endless sight of mist. Our room was very luxurious with every possible amnesties one can think of. The food was absolutely amazing and delicious with wide range of cuisine. The staffs and their services were really dedicated, outstanding and exemplary.

The best place to stay in Munnar. We stayed here for 2 amazing nights. This place is heaven on earth. The room is spacious and clean, the jacuzzi with the tea plantations vies was perfect. The food was just amazing. The workers were so attentive and always did their best to make us happy and satisfied.

Nice ambiance and friendly staff , and best location, you can enjoy beautiful sunrise from this property . Food is so amazing and delicious , there is so ***y activities in this hotel, like sunset walk, henna, meditation cookies baking etc, so don’t miss it

The Valle Munnar boasts breathtaking views and exceptional service. The staff was attentive and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. We were particularly impressed by the breakfast buffet - a delicious spread to start your day. They also offered a great dinner meal plan, which was a convenient and cost-effective option. While the food from the a la carte menu wasn't mind-blowing, the breakfast buffet and dinner meal plan definitely satisfied us. There was a bit of a misunderstanding about the jacuzzi room rate. We were initially quoted a certain price, but upon checking out, we were informed of an additional ₹12,000 charge. It would be helpful if the property could be more transparent about pricing to avoid any confusion. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at The Valle Munnar. The scenic beauty, excellent service, and delicious breakfast buffet make it a great place to relax and unwind. I would recommend checking out their dinner meal plan offer as well. Bonus: The room rate also included guided nature walks and tea tasting sessions, which were a great way to experience the local area. The property itself is brand new, and the jacuzzi and interiors were excellent quality.

We had such an amazing stay in The Valle Munnar that we decided to return a week later for two more nights. The hospitality is great, the rooms and the views amazing and the food to good to be true. We definitely come back!
