Nova Park Hotel

Very nice place with own beach within 3-5 minutes walking distance. we had a very relaxing and nice stay.Food is good,housekeeping is doing very good job. In general our stay was ok. Would reccomend to a friend.

Very nice place with own beach within 3-5 minutes walking distance. If you need a shuttle, it's available, but we have never used it. Clean, well-maintained hotel. The staff is the absolute best! The food was good and big variety, and the rooms were nice. Our room was very spacious with 2 double beds and an extra one. Lots of entertainment and again, the staff were the best. Especially, I would like to acknowledge Nataliia from guest relations, who speaks English and was able to provide us great orientation to the place as well as assist us in any questions, including booking a-la carte. If you will be there, say hi to her. Overall, we had a very relaxing and nice stay.

21 Ağustos 25 Ağustos 2023 arasında otelde konakladım ailemle birlikte yazılan olumsuz şeylere takılmadan genel olarak iyi yorum yapıldığı için tercih ettim bu oteli beklentimi de karşıladı tam bir aile oteli çocuklarınızla birlikte güzel vakit geçirebileceğiniz bir yer havuzu odaları aquası personelleri yemekleri kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim şekilde denizinden hoşlanmadım sadece yorumlara bakarak deniz ayakkabısı ile gittik ailemle birlikte tek sorun Kayalık değil denizdeki Deniz çok pis çocukları yüzdürmek istemedim o Bulanık suda Deniz için gidiyorsanız tercih etmeyebilirsiniz ama havuz için gidiyorsanız tercih edebilirsiniz 411 odada aqua havuzuna bakan odada kaldık ayrıca deniz'i de görüyordu kat görevli ablamız her gün odamızı çok güzel temizledi aşırı yemek tercihi yok ama kesinlikle aç kalmazsınız. Birkaç yıl sonra tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir otel. Pastane bölümü çok iyiydi. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendinin adını unuttum renkli gözlü olan çok ilgiliydi. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz nova Park çok güzel unutulmaz tadı damağımızda kalan bir tatil geçirdik sayenizde.

TAVSİYE EDERİM.⛱🏖👍 Yıllarca bir sürü farklı otellere giderim Ona istinaden olumlu olumsuz yönlerini detaylıca anlatmaya çalışacam. Nova Park Hotel e 19 Ağustos 2023 de giriş yaptık. OLUMSUZ YÖNLERİ: İnsanlar adı üstünde tatile eğlenmeye geliyor ama ANİMASYON SIFIR. Sözde animasyoncular elleri kıçlarında sanki otel sahibi gibi geziyorlar.misafirlerle hiç ilgilenme eğlence oyun hiç bişey yok.Animasyoncuların başı zaten ortalıkta hiç yok.Dart diyorlar gidiyosunuz suratlar mahkeme duvarı gibi bitsede gitsek der gibi. Odada emanet kasa ücretli. Deniz suyu aşırı bulanık Havuzun kloru biraz fazla gibi,havuz iyi ama biraz daha temiz olabilirdi. Otel full dolu olduğu için şezlong zor yetiyor erkenden havluyu koydunuz tamam , yoksa yer bulmakta zorlanırsınız. Akşamları sivrisinek oluyor. Akşamları dışardan hazır gösteri animasyon ekibi gelirse yarım saat gelmezse ses soluk yok herkes sağa sola dağılmış bişekilde zaman geçirmeye çalışıyor.Otelin tam karşısındaki otel akşam güneşini engellemesinden dolayı öğleden sonra saat 16 dan sonra havuza güneş gelmemesi havuzun tadını biraz kaçırıyor. OLUMLU YANLARI: Otel çok temiz Personel sürekli koşturuyor Disiplin de var Odalar hergün temizleniyor havlular değişiyor. Havuzun büyüklüğü gayet***terli.havuz derinliği 1.40 ila 1.55 arası. Denize mesafe tahmini 200 metre hatta dahada az olabilir.o kadar yakın mesafeye bile sürekli servis var.sahil bulanık olması harici kum ve çakıl karışık.sahil derinlik olarak hemen derinleşmiyor.rahat 100 metre açılın halen derinleşmiyor. Yemekler çeşit çok ve lezzetli Sabah 7 de kahvaltı başlıyor gece 24 e kadar sürekli yeme içme var.Snack bar öğlen 12 den gece 24 e kadar sürekli açık yeme içme mevcut. Sahildeki yeme içme yeride gayet***zel temiz ve çeşit çok. Barlardan lobi bar,snack bar,havuz bar,ve sahil bar aynı anda açık.Yemek olayı gece 24 e kadar,alkol ise lobi bar da gece 02 ye kadar açık. Alkollü içecekler hepsi marka ve kaliteli. Aynı anda hem otelde hem sahilde gözleme yapılıyor. Sabah kahvaltıda bile tost yapmakla uğraşmıyosunuz.Tostuda kendileri yapıyor. Pastane olayı zaten bi harika.Pastane bölümü sabah 10 dan gece 24 kadar sürekli demleme çay,ücretsiz türk kahvesi,kahve çeşitlerin hepsi,tatlılar pastalar harika. Otelin heryerinde odalarda,lobide,havuzda,restorant,hatta sahilde bile heryerde WİFİ sınırsız ve ücretsiz.Ayrıca otele bay konaklama kabul etmiyorlar.Yani aile oteli. Disiplin ve çalışkan personel olmazsa otelde olmaz. Personele ve yönetime teşekkürler.

hotel is ok but not 5*, I will speak about the service, we were with a girl in August, one of the waiters farah or fatih was accosting my girlfriend for contact on instagram, when I pointed it out to him, he was accosting another girl, gentlemen, be careful

Food is good, drinks are ok, housekeeping is doing very good job, cannot complaint about anything except slow lifts. Tip your waiter in a main restaurant and your drinks will be at your table every time you come for a meal. 3 a la carte restaurants included with no limits. Pool for kids is ok. Slides are ok. The beach is sandy with little rocks but nothing special if it comes to the colours of water etc.. We did not go there often. In general our stay was ok. Would reccomend to a friend.

Well..... We are here at them moment and to be an English family is really not nice. This is a predominantly German hotel, we are the only English people here and the staff treat you like utter dirt! Drinks literally thrown in the glasses and slammed in front of you, it's disgusting and we should not be treated like that at a 1* hotel nevermind a so-called 5*. The staff treat the Germans really well and it's a real shame as we came for a relaxed holiday but to be treated like we are is really not nice at all and puts a real dampener on the holiday. We paid for an all-inclusive holiday at a 5* hotel but yet we have had to go out for evening meals and entertainment because of the short hours the restaurant is open and the really awful entertainment. This is by far the worst 5* hotel we have ever been too and I would recommend any English people to stay as far away as possible.

We regularly come to Antalya and try different resorts, this one is by far the best! The staff just cant do enough for you, reception and check team are so helpful. The resort is clean and well maintained every day, the beach area and beach hut are super. Drinks and food are good quality with something for everyone. Pool is huge with lots of sunbeds, you just need to get in early to get one by the pool. Rooms ard big and cleaned well, main language is turkish and german but a little english is understood. Good location close to shops and amenities, this will be my every year resort. The property is huge and just 5 mins from the private beach area. A big thanks to Sunshine and Ugi from the animation team they are so good and make you feel welcome. Love this place its my best break so far.

Don’t get fooled by the good ratings in *********** and on google, I have been to a lot of 5 stars hotels in lara, belek and center of antalya and this hotel is definitely not a 5 stars hotel. I give it 3 AT MOST. the food is a disaster and strange and they “recycle” left overs from the last days and make them look like a “new dish” and the food is repeated every day, the staff only speak german, I am a german speaker myself but my friend wasn’t so she was completely ignored there. As if this place was made for germans only. not enough tanning beds and all the kids were in the adult swimming pool. The beach was full of rocks and no lifeguard, there is no enough AC around the hotel, lunch is from 12:30-2 pm and if you come near 2 pm you won’t find anything to eat until 7 pm, everything is so bad about this thing i can’t even call a hotel. The only thing we liked is the entertainment team, they were so sweet, I would never come to this hotel ever again even if I get paid 1M dollars.
