"Our butler, Max, was incredibly attentive and helpful! He upgraded us to a sea-view room and even provided a complimentary kids' breakfast, which made our child very happy! He personally assisted us with check-in and check-out, helped book activities, and proactively brought us fresh fruit platters. Max was always available for any big or small requests, offering detailed service without being intrusive, which made our vacation so much more relaxing. The Tiancheng Central Seaview Hotel is located in the heart of Sanya Bay. It's just a few minutes' walk to the No. 1 Market Night Market, and the coastline is right downstairs. Our room on an upper floor offered a 180-degree view of Phoenix Island through its floor-to-ceiling windows. We could lie in bed and watch the sunset over the sea – the atmosphere was absolutely perfect. The room amenities were very practical. It had a washing machine and a refrigerator, which made it convenient for cleaning clothes during our trip. The bathtub faced the sea, making for a super therapeutic experience while soaking and enjoying the ocean view. The soundproofing was also good, ensuring a very peaceful rest. The hotel also features an infinity pool and a rooftop seaview bar, perfect for relaxing with a sea breeze. The public areas were clean and tidy, and every photo we took looked amazing. This comfortable stay in Sanya was all thanks to Max's thoughtful service. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip to Sanya and highly recommend it to anyone planning a vacation there!"

"We arrived early because MGM only allowed a late checkout until 1 PM, expecting to wait until 3 PM for check-in. However, the front desk lady actively and proactively upgraded us to a suite so we could check in earlier. Her service was absolutely amazing! I wish I remembered her name to give her a special shout-out. We checked in on April 13th and were incredibly happy! They even gave us complimentary fruit. The pool here is also exceptionally clean, probably because there weren't many people. A security guard checks room cards before you enter the pool area. There's a military base next door, but unfortunately, it's fenced off, so we couldn't see the soldiers training."

"Our stay at Bird's Nest Resort was absolutely perfect, exceeding our expectations in every way. The room offered incredible privacy, tucked away in the rainforest. Opening the window revealed lush greenery everywhere, and the atmosphere was quiet and incredibly rejuvenating. The private plunge pool was clean and refreshing, and spending time relaxing there was pure bliss. The room was meticulously cleaned, and all the facilities were comprehensive and worked perfectly. The front desk and housekeeping staff were warm, attentive, and responded quickly, handling everything efficiently. Built into the hillside, the hotel felt like a natural oxygen bar with its fresh air, far from the city's hustle and bustle, creating a wonderful vacation vibe. It's perfect for both couples and those seeking a peaceful retreat. The experience was flawless – I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Sanya!"

"As a perfectionist, I spent a long time searching online before ultimately choosing the Conifer Hotel. While it boasts an Instagram-worthy infinity pool that I, as a non-swimmer, won't be using, that doesn't diminish my appreciation for the place. The room is spacious and the design is minimalist, which already puts it ahead of many older, more dated hotels in Sanya. Downstairs, you'll find the Coconut Dream Corridor, which is lively and beautiful at night, yet the room remains surprisingly quiet – you can't hear any noise at all. The hotel service is incredibly attentive. My butler, Zoe, provided meticulous and thoughtful service throughout my three-day, two-night stay, for which I'm very grateful. I'll definitely choose Conifer and Zoe again next time."

"Excellent hotel! We booked a club room so we could have a personal guide accompany us around the hotel. Ariel was fantastic; she showed us everything, answered all our questions, and we communicated via Telegram. Club room guests also have access to the 48th floor for afternoon tea, which is actually a wonderful light meal with snacks and salads – you could honestly just live off it! In the evening, we skipped the snacks and went to the seafood restaurant. For just 500 RMB, it's unlimited seafood, and the cool part is you cook it yourself in small hot pots right at your table. Everything was delicious, and the seafood was super fresh. The room itself was gorgeous, with an incredible, breathtaking view. The bathtub was amazing, and they provided fantastic Dead Sea mineral cosmetics. Overall, a truly wonderful experience. The aquarium and water park are superb; the kids absolutely loved it! Though, for me, the water park was a bit too warm – the pool water was quite hot, and I was hoping to cool down a bit. Plenty of shops for shopping enthusiasts too. All in all, it's an excellent, comfortable, modern place, worthy of being a Sanya landmark itself."

"This is an older hotel, and being right by the sea, it might have a slight musty smell, but the room is very spacious and the sea view is quite good. There's also a pool downstairs where you can watch the sunset. The in-room washing machine is really convenient, and you can hang clothes to dry on the small balcony – they'll be dry overnight if it doesn't rain. It's also very close to the city center, with plenty of dining options nearby and easy access to food delivery."

Our butler, Xiao Zhao, provided very thoughtful service, making it a highly recommended stay. The hotel offers a wide range of children's activities, which our kids thoroughly enjoyed. They also had a blast at the pool. The staff at the kids' club, Ali, was warm and enthusiastic, and the water quality was very clean. Overall, it's quite good with comprehensive facilities. The hotel's greenery is also excellent. "This hotel in Sanya Bay offers great value for money. I arrived in the early hours, and the greeters and front desk staff were still very welcoming and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the essentials. For just over 200 a night, it even has a swimming pool! Haoyue Plaza is right across the street, perfect for some sand digging and paddling. Plus, there's a KFC and Pizza Hut nearby. I'll definitely stay longer next time to fully experience it."

"Our family of three had a perfect beach vacation, and this hotel absolutely deserves five stars! Our butler, Mia, provided excellent one-on-one service throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out, and gave us thoughtful recommendations for local food. The hotel's private access directly to the beach was fantastic for privacy, allowing us to stroll along the shore whenever we liked. The surrounding area is bustling with various restaurants, convenience stores, and beverage shops readily available just downstairs. The daily robot interactive show is a hotel highlight; our child was excited the entire time, and the interactive segments were rich and engaging. The rooftop infinity pool offers expansive views directly overlooking the ocean, with clean water and a great vibe for photos. The location is impeccable. This is a gem of a hotel for family beach holidays, and I've already recommended it to all my friends!"

"This was the most satisfying hotel of my Sanya trip! I honestly think it was even better than the Mandarin Oriental. Great value for money, a fantastic breakfast, and the hotel's noodle bar was a pleasant surprise! The hotel champions an eco-friendly concept, with cutting-edge design and environment, and the service was impeccable. A day before arrival, I even had a personal butler (special thanks to Jessica!) add me on WeChat to send all the check-in instructions.
