"Hotel is right next to Rawai Beach and Seafood Market, and it’s very close to lots of beachside restaurants which is great. The hotel courtyard is absolutely beautiful, and the pool was great However, there was a recurring problem with the plumbing. Water pressure in my first room wasn’t great, but I was willing to put up with it. Then one night, the water stoped working totally. Reception was kind enough to immediately move me to a new, nicer room, and I really appreciated that. It seems they’ve had trouble in the past with bad guests, because there’s signs everyone reminding guests to not stain the sheets, to speak quietly in the courtyard at night, not to bring back strangers, etc. On my first night a man was having a loud FaceTime conversation outside at midnight, but no one came by to ask him to keep it down It’s a really beautiful property, just needs to fix a few small issues here and there"

"Infinity pool was good, food average, staff were fine. Close to seven 11 and near airport. Didn't hear a lot of planes so noise was fine. Massage attached downstairs, good value for money. Stairs up to bed upstairs in family room very narrow."

"We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this hotel in Phuket! The cleanliness of the property was impressive, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The facilities, especially the swimming pool, were well-maintained and inviting. We appreciated having three restaurants on-site, offering a variety of delicious meals at reasonable prices. While the breakfast buffet could benefit from a few more options, the quality of the food was acceptable. One minor disappointment was that the steamed dim sum was served cold, which detracted a bit from the experience. On a positive note, the spa services were fantastic, providing a perfect way to unwind. The interior design of the hotel creates a lovely ambiance, making it a great place to relax and rejuvenate. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Phuket!"

"Great hotel with a cozy room. The pool is large, and I even got a free room upgrade. Housekeeping is excellent. If you need anything, like dishes or amenities, you can order it through the app, and it's delivered right away. The staff is friendly. All the shops are within walking distance, and the beach isn't far, plus there's a free shuttle service."
