"The room itself was decent, with plenty of space and good cleanliness. However, my experience took a turn for the worse one evening. Around 9:30 PM, I used the hotel's app to request two bottles of water. A male staff member then started banging on my door like a ******. He was incredibly rude and disrespectful, even though he probably didn't understand the strong language I used in response – it made me want to spit in his face.
Another thing to note is the sheer number of Russian guests; it felt like they had taken over the whole place. The pool was always crowded, and I never even went in because it just felt uncomfortable with so many people. It's not like there's a shortage of swimming spots in Phuket. So, apart from the service, everything else was okay.
Oh, and the hallway floors were sticky, like someone had spilled soda, and it wasn't cleaned for the entire three days I was there. That's another definite minus."
