Going out to the left is the main street, where you can eat and shop; going out to the right for a few minutes is Interlaken East Station, which is very convenient to go to Jungfrau! "Apparently the hotel did not receive my booking at all, although i had documents showing otherwise. I had to call trip to get them to discuss with the hotel what happened and there were a lot of miscommunication and it was very frustrating for me since it wasnt my fault but trip and the hotel's. However, the staff was still very nice, and manage to provide some solutions for me and my friends."

"The hotel is located between Interlaken West Station and Interlaken East Station. Bus 103 is just outside the hotel and you can reach Interlaken Ost. The hotel is well equipped. Kitchenware, tableware, dishwasher, and microwave are all available, but you need to take out the garbage before leaving to ensure the basic hygiene of the hotel. The breakfast is also good, especially the boiled eggs, which are cooked just right and very tender. In short, this is a highly recommended hotel for family travel"

"We stayed at this hotel for 6 night in late May 2024. Our room is big enough for 3 and the view facing the river is very good. It even has a balcony. The hotel is about 10-15 min walk from Interlaken West station. It is close to the main street but not noisy at all."
