Saiou No Miya

After my retirement, my husband and I took a two-day trip from Saitama to Ise. The female staff who was in charge of dinner and the head chef who prepared the evening snack were very considerate. I was able to take a relaxing bath in the bath attached to my room and in the large public bath, and was able to heal my long-term fatigue. It was a good memory for both of us. The welcome and farewell service upon arrival at the hotel was wonderful.This is my wife's second stay and my first time staying at this hotel, and I would definitely like to stay there again if I go to the Ise area.

The staff were very kind and polite, and the room was very relaxing. When I asked about sightseeing, they gave me a detailed explanation and even told me the bus stop and time. Thank you very much. The only thing that was disappointing was that when I was in the open-air bath in the room, I smelled cigarette smoke coming from somewhere, so I left right away. I would like to stay here again when I go to Ise.

Used on October 15, 2022. I had already made a reservation before the nationwide travel support started, but they accommodated me and I was able to use it at a good price. All the customer service from check-in to check-out was wonderful and made me feel comfortable. Furthermore, when I wrote in the anniversary section of my application that I wanted to celebrate both my long-gone graduation and 60th birthday, I was very grateful to receive a surprise celebration at the end of the meal. I was very happy with your consideration. Both the hamayaki kaiseki dinner and breakfast are delicious, and both are very filling and satisfying. The room was clean and had an open-air bath so I could relax. However, there are a lot of steps, so it might be a little difficult for my elderly parents, so that's the only thing I'm concerned about. Everything else is excellent without any complaints, so I would definitely use this service again.

It was a long holiday, so I used it when I went to the Ise area. Since I made the reservation a week before my stay, I wasn't able to see the view from the upper floors, but I did enjoy the extraordinary feeling while soaking in the open-air baths in each room. The room was more than enough space for two people, and although we had a plan that included breakfast and dinner, all the food was delicious, and the drinks in the evening and the rice in the morning were delicious. Also, when I told them that I was using the hotel for my engagement anniversary (I proposed on the same day), I received commemorative sweets, a photo, and a newspaper containing the photo, which made me feel even happier. All of the employees were wonderful people with smiles who were very attentive and responsive, making my stay a comfortable and memorable stay. The price may seem high at first glance, but I think it's reasonable considering the location, service, indoor environment, and food. In conclusion, I don't think it's worth the price. The meal was average. I think the price is quite high for children. I think it would be nice to be able to choose futons and meals or not like other inns. I was looking forward to the open-air bath, but I was so surprised by the number of insects in the bath that I didn't go back afterwards. The floor of the public bath is very slippery. . However, I was glad that the person at the inn I was in charge of was very pleasant and had a nice smile and did his best to take care of me.

I used the maternity plan. I told them in advance about the foods I wanted to avoid, so the food was delicious. The room was a Japanese-Western style, spacious and well-cleaned! As a pregnant woman, I was afraid of slipping, so I didn't use the hot springs, but the room had an open-air bath so I was able to soak in it whenever I wanted. My husband was also very satisfied, saying he was able to relax. He said he wanted to come again! The staff were also very polite and helpful.

This is a relaxing hotel surrounded by forest. It is a beautiful hotel with an open-air bath in the room, so you can take a bath anytime and it is comfortable. My wife is petite and the pillow was not the right size for her, but when I asked the staff, they brought me a different pillow right away. The food was very delicious and the attention to detail was great. I would like to go to this hotel again.
