Iam so happy that my friend and me booked this for us ! The hotel owner Rasim was very friendly. He makes sure that we have everything, helped us a lot and he also gave us a lot of advice what we can see. The hotel is clean, hygienic and our room was super cute i would love to stay again and and would absolutely recommend it !!! The hotel is also central. Metro and bus stops are nearby. And you also feel very safe here. Our first day in Turkey was not good. We had problems. And the hotel owner helped us a lot. Without him the day would be a disaster. I've rarely seen anyone so nice. Again thanks Rasim :) It's a long story ...someone has pretended to be the wrong shuttle. And left us somewhere. We had to take the ship from the asian side to the european side....We already had contact with rasim and we were picked up with the right shuttle... on departure day he got us organized a shuttle and took no money. Because we had such a bad experience on the first day. Nobody else would have done that! I don't understand the bad rating someone wrote because we only had positive experiences. And coz of him made our trip to a Turkey so memorable. It's a perfect place to stay in istanbul.

Very friendly and attentive staff nice and historical area. The juice bar in reception is great! Very clean flat so close to the city centre calm and peaceful area highly recommended I would definitely come back to this cosy hotel again and hope the WIFI is improved. I loved Istanbul and balat.
