Loved this hotel! Its very modern and glam! Very clean! Lovely staff - very friendly anytime of the day or night. Cleaning staff were friendly too. Lovely views from restaurant and great food too, lots of options for breakfast! Its close by to shops, restaurants, the metro and mosques! Everything was easily accessible. Very safe too. The reason I stayed at this hotel was because of its spa facility, the ladies are amazing, the hammam is soo worth it! Cons - and these might seem tedious to some but its just stuff that caught my eye / nose. - There was a smell coming from bathroom - maybe the drain system? - One of the hand towels in the bathroom had a mark on it. - I called ahead of check in to make sure I had a double bed, I was told it would be a king size (perfect) when i got there it was 2 large singles and the guy pushed it together 🙄 just meant that i could only sleep on one side because of the split in the middle. Would i stay here again? Yes of course - service was really good, hotel is really nice, food was good, i would just specify again what I want for when i get there.

We travel quite a bit as a family ( 2 children ages 7 and 12 ) but don’t always review. This hotel deserves every accolade we could provide. We had a family connecting room which was great and a perfect amount of space for all. Having two bathrooms was a real plus! Beds were comfortable and the room servicing was impeccable. The people go above and beyond, are incredibly kind and hospitable. The hotel is very well kept, clean, and has such a special charm. It is perfectly located to everything in the Old Town and has a beautiful terrace to sit on and enjoy the view of the Bosphorus. We would sit out at night and watch the sun set with a glass of wine and Fanta for the kids. The breakfast is wonderful and excellent quality. Have it included in your stay if you can. It is worth it. We search for great food and this exceeded our expectation. It is so fresh and changes daily. The staff is attentive and so helpful. The shop directly beside, Tencer Gift Shop is so wonderful. The owner is so kind and generous. We recommend getting something from him over the Grand Bazaar. Overall we had an incredible experience at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone! Thank you Sirkeci Mansion from the Canadian Family.

I wholeheartedly believe that you would solely regret you decision to visit this hotel which you hopefully do not chose as did I. Initially, I was greeted with no Wi-Fi which was a reoccurring issue throughout my stay and a situation which has been very strange to me in all my years of traveling across the globe (mostly Pakistan) and one which I have never thought I would ever see to be so prominent in this extremely technology advanced day and age. Soon after I decided to freshen up, however much to my dismay the overhead shower was not operable and I was forced to use an extremely miniature shower head which looked much better as a bidet/lota. In addition to these problems me a regular human trying to enjoy my holiday realised that as described the hotel had neither ironing facilities nor the fitness suite they claimed to provide which was apparently closed due to covid 19 which seems to have disappeared in the UK (and around the world) since the very peculiar work events (parties) of Boris Johnson who has also disappeared. But this is not the case in this particular hotel. Lastly, the washing facilities were terrible and my laundry came back with a very bizarre smell which leaves me bewildered as I never apprehended this to be possible in the case of a laundry that had just been ‘washed’. To conclude I as you ancestor in this situation and trip advisor am advising you to not ever stay at this hotel even as the last resort in the entire of Istanbul. You’d much rather buy at tent and follow in Ottoman tradition.

The location is very good, it is very convenient to various attractions, can be walked, suitable for couples and families. And the hotel is very clean, and the owner is warm and friendly, every day he asks if we need help. Every employee inside is very kind Seagulls can be seen flying over from the breakfast balcony; stay, children love it The boss gave us welcome drinks and small desserts. Next time if I come to Istanbul again, I will still choose here recommend

Sultan Ahmed Mosque
I stayed at the hotel the first week of November 2019. The weather was great too - which helped - mid 20s. About 5 minutes walk from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia Museum, Cistern basilica and Tram Line stop. 10 -12 minute walk from the Grand bazaar and Topkapi Palace( separate directions) and about 20-25 min walk to the Bhosphurus Crossing (and river boat bhosphurus strait tours) to the Asia Side. So, in general - great location. Surrounding area is a bit hilly. But, the majority of Istanbul topography is like that. The immediate suroounding streets have variety of restaurants - par at best in terms of taste and flavours and also more in the premium side compared to elsewhere. The buffet breakfast was simple, continental style and pretty much the same every day we stayed and the rooms were clean. The bedsheets and towels and amenities were changed and the rooms cleaned on a daily basis. Complimentary wifi, tea and coffee - few hours every afternoon to the evening. The bathrooms were clean albeit on the small end. The only issue is not good for people with disabilities. No lifts nor ramp access into the hotel as well as to the buffet breakfast basement floor. Basic TV channels and the room sometimes felt a bit stuffy. There was AC in the rooms as well as central heating in the hotel, if needed.

I had the best stay at this hotel. The staff was all very welcoming, and everything was very clean and inviting. Utkan, at the front desk, was especially helpful in making activity and food suggestions, and reservations if I wanted. He even upgraded my room for free, and I had a beautiful terrace with the view of the city. I had a 2 day layover here before reaching my final destination, and I really felt at home and so comfortable here. It was a nice quiet refuge to come back to after exploring the busy city. It is close to everything, so it was easy to drop iff any shopping, use the bathroom, or just rest my feet before venturing out again.
