Passamos o final de semana neste lugar incrível em uma turma de amigos, um retiro para casais, um não temos do que reclamar, lugar limpo, os quartos impecáveis, o café da manhã top! Mas o melhor que mais nos surpreendeu foi o atendimento dos funcionários, toda a equipe desde a recepção, limpeza, cozinha, todos foram excepcionais só temos a agradecer pelo carinho conosco!! Simplesmente amamos e voltaríamos com certeza!!!!

Paguei um quarto de luxo e fiquei em um mini quarto não era o quarto da foto do site, quarto com frestas na porta, não tinha cortina de blecaute, chuveiro saindo pingo de água um chuveiro velho, café da manhã muito ruim nada fresco, bolo congelado as coisas ficavam dias as mesmas. Não tem nenhum gerente na pousada pedi para mudar de quarto falaram q não tinha como e não deram nem bola a gente fala com os funcionários eles não sabem nem responder e também não resolvem. Falei com algumas pessoas hospedadas e tbm com bastante reclamações principalmente o valor dos quartos não tem um padrão, longe da praia e não tem nada de atrativo na pousada. Fiquei muito triste porque a gente trabalha e custa caro, estava esperando um final de ano melhor mais só fiquei stressada.

Estive na pousada Del Ville em abril de 2022 para uma reunião de negócios em Itapoá. Infelizmente a estadia não foi boa, dois dos atendentes, Polyana por exemplo, foram muito hostis. A impressão que se da aqui, é que estão lhe fazendo um favor. A estrada para chegar é ruim, cuidado para não realizar visita em dias de chuva. O café da manhã começa muito tarde, e após as 22 horas não se pode mais consumir bebidas da geladeira. Além disso, o frigobar do quarto fica desligado ao entrar, geralmente os hotéis costumam ligar logo ao hóspede chegar. Não aconselho, o atendimento e realmente ruim.

Passei um fim de smeana nessa pousada, muito boa, a praia próxima da pousada também é muito boa. Gostei da piscina, café da manhã é bom. muitás plantas e árvorés na pousada. Voltarei com certeza!!! !!
