"We stayed for two nights in Xining to rest up after our Qinghai-Gansu loop trip. The hotel has its own parking lot, though the ground-level section is a bit small. Luckily, we found a spot when we arrived. The room was spacious and the views from the higher floor were great. Breakfast was quite substantial. There's also a restaurant on the second floor with good reviews on Dianping. We had lunch there the day we arrived, and it was decent, plus a set meal wasn't expensive. There are many bus routes right outside the hotel, with direct buses to the ******* Culture Museum and the Qinghai Museum. The only downside was that the elevators were a bit slow."

Hampton by Hilton Xining Ralway Station

Hotel near Xining Railway Station,Xining
"It was well worth the effort to carefully select this hotel in Xining. The facilities are comprehensive and new. Its location is central to all attractions, yet not directly on a main road, making it very convenient – a quiet oasis in a bustling area. The breakfast was decent, and both the front desk and room service were excellent. The room's air conditioning is a central system, so the temperature (hot/cold) couldn't be adjusted. With Xining being a bit chilly in the mornings and evenings, it was actually warmer with the AC turned off these past few days."

"I was extremely impressed with the room. The way it is designed has been very well thought out and it looks as lovely as it is comfortable! The suite had everything we needed including the lovely large bath tub and shower. I loved the space and it would have been ideal for two or three nights in the place. Unfortunately we only stayed for one. It is located near food markets and restaurants and is very close to the train station. The hotel reception was very professional and extremely helpful, they also arranged a car to take us to the train station. The breakfast is standard Chinese style breakfast, I thought it was good and filling, and they offer variety of coffee options with their machine, as well as tea. This hotel is very well organized and designed! I would definitely stay here again if I return to Xining!"

XIYUYAZHU

Hotel near Biological Park Area,Xining
"I frequently stay here, and the environment is quite nice, and the feel is generally good. However, the hygiene has been getting worse. Regarding facilities, the washing machine isn't very efficient. The hot water supply is plentiful, which is great, and it doesn't seem to be from a water heater. Plus, the scenery here is beautiful, which is a big plus."
