Phuket Hotels with Jacuzzi

"Coconut Village Resort is quite good in terms of both location and cleanliness. It's close to the beach. There's also a 7-Eleven store outside the hotel. Bangla Market is 1 km away. I'm a little disappointed with the management because I booked two rooms about a month and a half ago. I had two children with me, but they gave us separate rooms. According to the booking, they should have reserved the adjacent room for me.Rooms 110 and 113 are both in the same direction and a short walk down the stairs. I requested a room as well, but they said there were no rooms available. So it's the management's fault."

"We stayed in a room with direct pool access for 4 nights and had a very warm, welcoming hospitality experience overall. The staff were excellent, but the hotel itself and its facilities were a bit hit-and-miss. The property feels dated and could use some renovation—the buildings show discoloration, and there was mold in the bathroom along with an unpleasant odor, possibly from the septic system. One highlight was the complimentary minibar, which was replenished daily with water, soft drinks, Chang beer, whisky, vodka, gin, snacks, and even a lovely small dessert in the evening. Getting around can be a bit challenging without your own car or motorbike, especially for elderly guests, as the hotel is located on a hill about 15–20 minutes from the town center. There is a shuttle service to and from Jungceylon Shopping Mall, but it only runs every couple of hours and stops at 9 PM. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I’d definitely recommend booking a rate that includes it. The rooftop bar and restaurant are a standout feature, with stunning panoramic ocean views and a great selection of drinks and cocktails."

"The place is quite small, more like an apartment. I booked it in October for a stay in February. The 'villa' is actually a duplex, with the living room downstairs having no air conditioning, and two bedrooms upstairs with A/C. It's best to bring your own hangers and clothesline when staying here, as their hangers aren't usable, and you'll be fined if you dry wet clothes in the room. Luckily, there's a laundry service right outside the hotel for 60 baht per kilo, wash and dry. When I stayed in Phuket Town previously, the water was normal, but in Patong, it's yellowish, and tastes a bit strange when brushing teeth. I brought a filtered shower head, which wasn't expensive, about 20 baht. Breakfast is more Western-style. It's about a 1.2 km walk to Jungceylon. There's a small Thai restaurant nearby with delicious pineapple rice – you can check it out on Dianping. Google Maps is more accurate abroad. When I booked in October, it was around 1300 baht per night including tax, with breakfast for four, which I guess is acceptable."

"I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Mai Morn Resort. The place is peaceful, clean, and surrounded by nature—perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind. The staff were all friendly, attentive, and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere around the resort—it’s quiet yet not too far from key places in Phuket. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the garden area added a calming touch to the whole vibe. If you’re looking for a calm and cozy place to stay with excellent service, I definitely recommend Mai Morn Resort. Thank you for the great hospitality!"

"This hotel is nestled in the mountains, so while it's not the most convenient to get to, it offers a peaceful retreat. The staff are great, and the overall facilities are good. I highly recommend the Pad Thai at the Talay restaurant in the lobby – it was the best I had on this trip out of three different places! The sea view from the room is beautiful. My only minor complaints are that the AC can only be turned on or off, with no temperature control, which is a bit inconvenient as it gets too cold when on and too warm when off. Also, there's a slight issue with the shower's temperature control; it's almost impossible to find a middle ground between scorching hot and freezing cold, so I ended up having to angle the showerhead as high as it would go."

"I recommend the hotel. It is a new hotel. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a nice, large swimming pool where you can sunbathe until 5:00 PM. Building 1 overlooks Bangla, and at night you can still hear partying from the street until 4:00 AM. Most buildings overlooking the pool are more quiet. The staff is very friendly. There are still points off improvement, though; for instance, there is no locked wardrobe with shelves for your clothes. You can only store them on a low or a very high open shelf. The shower can be slippery. When you activate the power with your key card, everything turns on every time, including the TV on the hotel channel, which you therefore have to turn off constantly. The TV is smart, but the functions don't work, and no one could help us install the Netflix app. In the rainy season, it is quite handy to have a well-functioning Smart TV. The long corridor after the reception is quite beautiful; it is just a pity that the path is not covered when it rains. The front has a large square that is not used, it doesn't slope and if it rains hard the puddles remain here. It's also a pity that they don't create a small bar with snacks, or a covered terrace, or something similar here to attract guests. Further down the street, there is a hotel that has built a large terrace where you can eat and have a drink, with live music in the evenings, and it is often busy there."

"The location is great, very convenient for shopping. The breakfast was decent, typical but not bad. The public areas are lovely, with a beautiful and quite large swimming pool. It's a pretty big resort, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. Great value for money. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I come back to Phuket."

"We frequently visit Kamala Beach and thought trying a different property for once. So it’s our first time staying at this property. We arrived with little expectation but it was a nice surprise. The hotel view was breathtaking. A trainee attended to us at check in, and he was a little nervous but was overall very helpful and polite. Our room was spacious, clean and with a private balcony. We enjoyed our seaview so much and wasn’t bothered with the traffic noise from the main street nearby or the loud music from the Kamala beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the staff hospitality, walking up to a beautiful view and catching the sunset everyday. Only issue, there were too many mosquitoes, either at their open F&B outlets or in the room too. The hotel should prepare some mosquitoes repellent for guests comfort and convenience. Otherwise will love to return and try other room again."

"1. The room's location was decent, in my opinion. I just took taxis everywhere, and the hotel offered a shuttle service within its premises (during specific hours). 2. The service was also good, and the staff's attitude was pleasant. One male front desk attendant was particularly thorough in explaining all the room's features and how to use them. I have no complaints about the service. 3. Hygiene was fine; it was quite clean. I'm not nitpicky, especially considering the price – only 220 for one night. 4. The whole room was very spacious, and it even had a jacuzzi tub and an infinity pool. The only drawback was that the furniture was a bit old and shaky. 5. The most important thing for me was the mirrors. The master bedroom had a mirror above the headboard and a huge mirror on the wall at the foot of the bed. There was also a dressing mirror to the right of the headboard. Foreigners might not mind, but as a timid Chinese person, I was genuinely scared. The mirrors at the head and foot of the bed created an infinite reflection, and I couldn't even look at them. I also couldn't look at the dressing mirror. I had to sleep sideways, and I felt inexplicably terrified. I couldn't wait until dawn, so I left around 6 AM. This was by far the most frightening of the four hotels I've stayed in. Plus, the environment was a bit wild; geckos would crawl in. I wasn't scared, but my partner was. He didn't sleep all night and even mentioned hearing knocking sounds on the window (which was probably some kind of insect hitting the glass, as there was lush vegetation nearby, attracting all sorts of geckos, toads, and birds chirping). Overall, everything else was great, but those mirrors were just too terrifying. If you don't mind them, it's perfectly fine to stay here. I'd give it an overall rating of about 4.6, no exaggeration. My fear of mirrors is a personal issue, though."
