"The room was fantastic! I felt the Deluxe Seaview Room was even better than the Romantic Room, with an unobstructed sea view. It was a bit close to the road, but they thoughtfully provided earplugs, which was a nice touch. I couldn't book a continuous stay, but the hotel helped move our luggage when we switched rooms, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance! The views are beautiful, and breakfast was delicious too."

"The staff were very nice and helpful! But our room had a very foul smell which we will assume was from the pipes. We complained to the reception staff and she said someone will come clean the room and spray air freshener. When we returned to the room the smell was gone but once the shower or toilet get used the smell returns. It made it impossible to stay in the bathroom to do your makeup or get ready. The only mirror in the room is also in the bathroom. The overall cleanliness and standard of the bathroom and room all together was very poor. I will not recommend this hotel due to the cleanliness level"

"My wife and I stayed at Anona Beachfront Resort Patong from 30 October to 3 November 2025, and our experience was truly exceptional — not only because of the wonderful hotel, but because of the remarkable care shown by Ms. Peemai, the Resort Manager, along with the outstanding professionalism of the Patong Police. From day one, Ms. Peemai impressed us with her warmth, sincerity, and genuine concern for every guest. Unfortunately, on 1 November, we faced a very distressing situation. Around 8:50pm outside Jungceylon Mall, two foreign scammers approached us, spoke about scalp-care products, and lured us into a herbal shop they were working with. Inside the shop, surrounded by several people, we were pressured into buying herbal products worth 22,000 THB in cash. They even attempted to push another USD 2,500 worth of items before we realised we were being scammed. The next morning, we informed Ms. Peemai, who listened sincerely and immediately guided us on the correct steps — report to the Tourist Police first, and then proceed to the Patong Police Station. Her advice was precise and extremely helpful. The Patong Police handled our case with seriousness and full commitment. Even though we were leaving Phuket the next day, the officers assured us they would try their very best — and they truly did. That same evening at 8:30pm, five officers accompanied us back to the area. They waited discreetly until one of the scammers appeared. The moment he did, they acted swiftly, detained him, and brought us back to the shop to gather evidence — photos, videos, herbal items, licences, and documents. They also arrested two shop staff involved in the scam. At the station, the individuals confessed. Thanks to the officers’ dedication, we recovered 100% of our money — 22,000 THB. We were also informed that legal action will follow against both the scammers and the herbal shop. The next morning, when we thanked Ms. Peemai, she praised us for not giving up and for taking the matter seriously. She told us that by taking action, we helped protect other tourists from falling victim to the same scam — and that our efforts contribute to making Phuket safer for everyone. Her words meant a lot to us. She also reminded us, wisely: If strangers approach you on the street with unusual conversations, simply walk away and do not engage. Despite the unfortunate incident, the exceptional support from Ms. Peemai and the remarkable professionalism of the Patong Police completely changed our experience for the better. "The hotel has a pool, which is really nice. My husband swam for about half an hour every day, and then he'd lie on a lounge chair and nap – he loved it! They also serve breakfast. Plus, there are tons of supermarkets and snack shops close by."

"This hotel is nestled in the mountains, so while it's not the most convenient to get to, it offers a peaceful retreat. The staff are great, and the overall facilities are good. I highly recommend the Pad Thai at the Talay restaurant in the lobby – it was the best I had on this trip out of three different places! The sea view from the room is beautiful. My only minor complaints are that the AC can only be turned on or off, with no temperature control, which is a bit inconvenient as it gets too cold when on and too warm when off. Also, there's a slight issue with the shower's temperature control; it's almost impossible to find a middle ground between scorching hot and freezing cold, so I ended up having to angle the showerhead as high as it would go."

"The location of the hotel is wonderful. The beach is nearby, as well as everything you need. The reception staff is friendly and helpful, trying to help with any questions. The room is not bad for the money you pay. It was pretty quiet. There were some bad things. The sink drain went badly, and for several days there was a stink from the sewer. But the worst part was the cleaning, the small towel had not been changed even once, the large towels were not fresh and often stained. There were ants in the room. If you make the cleaning better, fix the problems with the drain and sewerage, I could recommend this hotel. But at the moment, the impressions are mixed."

"Excellent hotel! You can tell it used to be a premium establishment. We really appreciated the in-room jacuzzi, and the pool on the property is heated. They even drive you around the grounds. No mosquitoes or flies at all! We saw squirrels jumping on the balcony :) We really enjoyed our stay. There's a large Tops supermarket just a 2-minute walk away, along with a huge kids' play area with trampolines and lots of cafes."

"The hotel's location is super convenient; it's right next to the bar street and directly across from the beach. Perfect for anyone who loves nightlife. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a sweet smile. Since it was my birthday, after a day out, I returned to find the room beautifully decorated and a birthday cake waiting for me—a really thoughtful touch. To top it all off, I even saw fireworks from my balcony that evening, which was such a pleasant surprise!"

"Loved the hotel. Staff very friendly, clean, cosy and big rooms with nice view, they even have a terrace. Highly recommended. The only negative point is that it is very close to a little stream that flows into the ocean but the water in it was not really dirty and the beach is long so you can swim a bit far from the stream."

"Disappointed my room wasn’t available despite paying for it. Debauchery is closeby. Got food poisoning on their Friday BBQ, so don’t recommend you eat there. Turn right at the end of the road and and walk less than 10 minutes and can eat fresh food on the Patong beach with lots of halal options and fresh fruit and vegetable smoothies. Close to Smartbus stop. Seems very popular with Arabic speakers. Strange choice as 4-Points is closer to the mosque. Lisa, the Manager, and Ali were particularly helpful."
