"The room is big and the location is good, not far from the airport. But the room wifi doesn't work as soon as you enter the door. I called the front desk and asked to go downstairs to fix it. I was given a new account, but it didn't work again after a day. The service attitude is also average. But the room is still clean and the facilities are good. I hope the wireless network can be improved."

"Unfortunately the cleaning to the room could have been improved upon, quite a lot of dust in the carpet.
Disappointed that we were told that we can swap the breakfast with shour at the time of checking to be told no at 3am in the morning and that we had to order breakfast in the room.
We ordered American breakfast which consisted of a one egg omelette and two pancakes."

What I didn't like:
The price is exaggerated, very expensive, and for the same price there are better and cheaper ones
The lounge is noisy downstairs until late at night, it is clear that the insulation is bad
The floors of the rooms have stains that need more cleaning
There is no hair dryer, and we asked for it, but unfortunately they brought it to us the next day
Delay in checking in after 6 pm and the noise from 10 am to alert us to leave

IIwan/IkhwanOne Cheapest international chain hotel in Jeddah.. small no view room, bit Humid carpet. Water at bathroom but yellow. Old furnished, with firm bed matras.
Breakfast not that bad..but no standby cooker at the egg stay, lazy for service.
They lock the fitness center and the pool. You have to ask them if you want to use it.

NNordenHotel in a very good location, right in front of a shopping bazaar, everything nearby, next to McDonald's and KFC but also a d'ère restaurants..Aparthotel nothing special, just a little lacking in kitchen facilities, otherwise everything there..Service could be a bit better, I wanted to pay twice, only after I had called my broker and showed them my Paypal transfer did I get confirmation from the manager. So I had to wait with my family in the somewhat lavish foyer after an hours-long drive through the desert, there was no apology or anything like that..Never ever is my motto@@@@Miracle

GGuest UserThis is a pretty well located hotel. I got a good deal on trip.com so I overlooked the fact its kitchenette and bathroom had seen better days. Service was fine - there is no breakfast but the hotel is right next to a number of good eateries on Falesteen Street. The bed and bedding were especially good and the bedroom was large with plenty of storage space and a terrific big picture window. Recommend.
