I want to commend the person that promptly took care of the dogs that were in the room across the hall. We were about about to ask for another room because my daughter is afraid of dogs and they were barking a lot. Before we even left the room to ask, a woman knocked on their door to inform them they didn't inform her that they had dogs and they couldn't stay on that floor. She was courteous, but firm, and creative. Apparently they did not speak English, so she used a translating app! I am very grateful I didn't need to drag my children back out of bed after a 9 hour day on the road!

Sept 22 stay issues: no hot water unless you take a shower at odd times , dusty room, had to be changed rooms. We Didn’t learn our lesson, see Dec and Jan stays. I’m started to wonder if they are putting us in the worst rooms on purpose. Odd way to treat platinum members or any members period.
