入住前台經常給免費升級，有特殊需要想延遲一會退房前台的謝經理也很人性化，基本都會同意。總之服務地理位置衞生什麼的還算比較滿意的

空調真的真的真的不太冷 希望改進 後期商家提供一個風扇（比較陳舊 二孔插頭硬生生掰成三孔的斜插 npy插電時被燙到了 有觸電危險）

住了兩天、第一天退房的時候問了一下是否可以開專票！工作人員説可以，然後就又定了一天！直到第二天退房的時候依舊沒有開下來，這就算了。
等我坐上返回的高鐵的時候、微信告知我需要補税，這我就很納悶了！開專票為什麼需要補税！
想着走了 不給開就麻煩了、就補了，事後問了一下同事、酒店的黑操作、自己不想補這個税！讓我住酒店的人自己補、也是沒誰了、反正不會在去了、真的是噁心人

衞生還行，衹是被子有洞很多個，分開定房連住三天還要補50元，隔音效果很差，冷晨很吵，走廊説話都能聽見

去吉首出差也是經常住在城季酒店，交通方便，周邊有自己比較喜歡吃的兩家老店。衞生間和洗漱間分開是非常滿意的，希望提升衞生
