"The hotel location is convenient. There are a few exits and generally not difficult to find grab at the exits. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast range is fine (plain prata is quite nice).
I rated amenities low as the lift design is not good. There are only 3 lifts that operate between 8th to 33rd floors. It is okay when all 3 lifts are operating. For my 3D2N stay, there was almost one full day where one or two out of 3 lifts were down which led to super long wait for the lift at peak hour like breakfast time. Do think they need to relook into the lift."

"Yesterday we reached hotel at 3.30pm, we request to change the room because the room is towards the lift, and moreover the bed is the add-on bed from a single bed room as the attached photo. Thus we request to exchange the room and the receptionist who call JC Kaur told us that no room can be changed for now and need to wait till evening. Since I’m need to go out due to urgent case, I left and back at 9 something. Then she said can exchange the room for us. I will not coming back again!"

"Location was near to the places we wanted to go. There is a self check in / check out machine which was pretty cool. There's also a coway water filter - nice added value.
The room floor however was dusty, was pretty gross to walk around barefoot.. bath towels had a musky smell to it and the toilet rolls has stains. Gives off vibes that the stuff have been kept there unused for a long time..."

Another feedback is hotel location that is secluded n dark and round a corner. If traffic light can be installed before a bend, to encourage drivers to slow down would be safer for all crossing over the road"

GGladys C TseThe hotel has the best location, it is on top of a mega mall with a supermarket, everything opens from 10am to 10pm. The variety of food made us keep going back. The hotel includes breakfast buffet which it is very decent and has good selection for locals and visitors, and the menu is slightly different everyday for a good surprise. The staff is very friendly, and they greet us every time. We certainly will stay there again.

LLLeongVery clean, comfortable and spacious studio apartment next to R&F Mall. Within 10 minutes walk from JB CIQ. As my arrival was after 5pm, they gave instructions to get the keys at the lobby mailbox for self check-in. Thereafter, show to Security to enter lobby.
Stay includes use of gym, swimming pool, sauna, billiards and table tennis rooms. However, the swimming pool was closed for maintenance for 3 solid hours (9am to 12 noon) in the morning which was a great disappointment as I planned to relax in the pool prior to check-out. The agent, ANJU should have informed prior to checking in.

ZZooie85The location of the hotel is indeed a plus factor . The check in process was swift and the staff are friendly and helpful .
The hotel room seem abit old with the water heater not able to discharge hot water . There is also insufficient of wall plug socket and the noise output from the air conditioner and for some time will feel the room very warming though there is no change in the temperature and was set at very low degree celsius .
The wifi connection is not strong and will experience been cut off and need to sign in again, so best is to subscribe to own data roaming or buy local sim card .
The gym facilities and equipment is just very basic and try to visit when no people if not might need to spend time waiting for available equipment fitness to use .

SSASHISA2nd times chosen this hotel for short gateways. Location is good area as many food market and restaurants located near hotel. Too many hair salon and massage salon located at KSL Mall. Easier to find by Grab cab from JB Sentral (or JB City Square Custom) to KSL Hotel & Resort. A bit of disappointment - the room blanket seem like didn’t washed which caused itching to skin while lying on bed (3 people in 2 bed somehow)and air condition is unable to adjustable (the room remote controls looks like for display )

Eed anA hotel that is big like an apartment. But can see it is dated, maybe since before covid but only start to pickup after covid. Looks liek those condo convert into a hotel.
Room comes with things to cook a meal but sadly no washing machine. Got stove and microwave. If got washing machine, will be perfect
Service is ok la, take key go home fast at 4pm.
Amenities got pool and gymmy. Nice view at top.
Break fast is crowded. Many hog the seat and until like tomorrow even at 10plus. Suggest go early to eat. Food is nice but the kitchen cannot take it, food slow to top up and see stacks of dishes not cleaned. This is an area to improvement.
For price I pay, no complaints. Room big clean, breakfast fill stomach.

RRandomstuffsgWe had a great stay at Hotel Granada Bukit Indah! It’s super convenient—just a short walk to AEON Mall and close to plenty of cafes, shops, and even Sutera Mall is just a short drive away.
We stayed in Room 918, which had a lovely view and was spacious and clean. We really appreciated that the room wasn’t carpeted—it feels fresher and is actually our preference too. Service was prompt and friendly; we requested an extra pair of slippers and they brought it up quickly without fuss.
The buffet breakfast was decent, with a good enough variety to start the day. All in all, a solid stay for the price and location—would definitely return.

AAnna Marie KaibiganIf you're visiting Legoland Malaysia and looking for a more budget-friendly alternative to the Legoland Resort, Ramada by Wyndham Meridin Johor Bahru is a solid choice. The hotel is located just a short drive from the theme park, making it convenient for families.
The rooms are impressively spacious and comfortable, offering great value for the price. We appreciated the modern decor and cleanliness of the space, which made our stay pleasant and relaxing.
One area for improvement would be the shuttle service. While the hotel does offer some transport options, it would be much more convenient if they increased the frequency or added more scheduled trips, especially during peak hours or weekends when many guests are heading to and from Legoland.
Overall, it's a great stay for families or groups looking to save a bit without compromising on comfort.

HHoliday lover WLThis is definitely a hotel you should not missed if you have your own transport and looking for a simple and relax staycation. We booked on the same day and last 2 rooms. The price never increased much despite the Haji holiday. Location is a bit distance from custom checkpoint but there are eateries and shops near the hotel. Generally I’m very pleased with the cleanliness and children pool where my boys really had fun. 🤩
