Overall very new & uses advance technology. Hotel name is actually Ousika, not Osika. Hotel has a clothes hanger in front of the room aircon but it was not told to us & we only realised it on the last day of our stay. Good to have washing machine but too few dryers. Dryer that is dual with washing machine doesn’t dry fully.

晚9點多到達該酒店，辦完入住進入房間後，明顯聞到濃濃的尼古丁味，還放有煙灰缸，於是回前台反映，我訂的是禁煙房，怎麼成了吸煙房？要求更換房間。一位沒戴工牌可能是店長的人輕描淡寫的説，用空氣清新劑幫你噴一下。這混濁的空氣晚上還咋睡？我們堅持要求換房，他説客滿沒房了，要不你就退單！都已經晚9點半了，這是在趕客人走嗎？我們問，不是還有套房嗎？那人答，換套房要補差價。半個多月前就預訂的禁煙房，居然面對的是這樣的現實，無奈，寄人籬下，衹能忍氣吞聲，認栽了，儘管鼻咽不適，不想傷了肝火。好在有一位主管客房的小夥子，看到我們的境遇，趕緊撫慰，幫助想辦法，這也就是沒有給這家酒店打零分的原故。還有標明22～28平米的房間居然無法放置行李箱，衹能放窗台上，大概標的是客房的建築面積吧。第二天早餐，餐廳密閉空間內處處冒“煙”無人勸管，可見這家酒店不僅表述名不副實，而且管理十分糟糕！

一大家子出來旅遊，很不錯的酒店哈，設施比較高級，就是有的房間比較小，一開始沒注意到哈哈哈，還有免費湯品，不錯不錯。

想去看看開平碉樓，臨時訂了這個酒店，整體感覺不錯，室內是全部聲控的智能系統，很便捷，就是我的那個房間空調不是很給力，前半夜有點熱。
