The hotel has chosen wisely with their staff . Maritsa and the lovely young girl with the pony tail were really good at being attentive but unobtrusive. The boys were all good too. I wanted to bring Maritsa home to work with me !!! Really lovely stay. Thank you all for everything

On arrival, we checked in to the hotel and were given keys to our room to which we discovered they were nothing like the pictures online. The bathroom was dirty, the mirrors were chipped and cracked and the room was very dingy . We had booked a “sea view” room and were extremely disappointed when we could only see the hotel car park. So immediately displeased, we went down to reception to ask for a new room or at least something like the pictures. The lady on reception, Aggeliki, was extremely rude and passive aggressive when I confronted her about the issue. Her excuse for the cracked mirrors was that “some mirrors just come like that”. After arguing for 10 minutes after such a long flight and tired, we were given an alternative room that we just took as we were exhausted and couldn’t be bothered with the hassle. The room was still very basic and nothing like the pictures. For example, the view only overlooked the rest of the hotel, the bed and pillows were rock solid and the room was infested with ants. However, we continued on with the holiday after already seeing how stubborn the staff were and that we would not get anywhere with complaining. When we went to the buffet for breakfast the next morning, we were surprised to see how simple the food was. There were a lot of flies around, the food was cold, and the bacon resembled ham. When we expected fresh fruit for breakfast and were instead served dry, outdated-looking canned fruit, we were largely let down. The cake, bread, and donuts were also really solid and stale. Their hesitation and security on towels was another thing we found to be really odd. We were informed that we needed to provide our room number and ask for towels at reception. Up until the second day, when the receptionist advised us to get a towel without asking, I complied with this requirement. When I went to get a towel the next day, a different receptionist told me that I couldn't just take a towel without asking, which made us feel like young children. She came across as really rude about this and was by no means polite about it.Their hesitation and security on towels was another thing we found to be really odd The hotel is 100% not a 4 star, I would not recommend and we will not be returning.

The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the main ***** and only a 5 minute walk to Thomas’ Sports Bar and to Mike’s Bar. Also there are a couple of supermarkets very close by. We had private pool room which was absolutely lovely. The bathrobes and slippers were a great touch as well as the mini fridge. The staff were attentive and friendly. The seafood pasta at lunch time was delicious as well as the cheeseburger! I can’t wait to come back again and I will definitely recommend this hotel to my clients. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

We had eagerly anticipated a luxurious and relaxing getaway to Faliraki, Rhodes, having invested in a Premium Double Private Pool room, the highest-tier accommodation available. Regrettably, our experience was far from satisfactory, and we felt that the premium price we paid was not commensurate with the quality of service we received. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we encountered a series of distressing incidents that significantly tarnished our holiday. Despite booking Premium rooms, we were met with rude and discriminatory trea**ent from the hotel manager, who refused to serve us in the restaurant, claiming that we could not sit in the restaurant with items we had purchased from the town, and made us feel unwelcome. This behaviour was not only distressing but also deeply disrespectful, especially considering the premium status of our accommodations. One morning, my partner did not feel well enough to come upstairs for breakfast and I went to the buffet and asked if I could bring breakfast to my partner and also explained his circumstances. However, they refused and made no effort to accommodate him in any way. The only suggestion they came up with was that I could take food from the buffet to my partner on a small napkin, which I refused that was not only derogatory, but also inappropriate for guests who have chosen to invest in their hotel. We also noticed that when asking for a cup of cups of ice anonymously, we were provided with full cups of ice, as requested. However, when we went to the bar and asked for the same order in person we were given 1, or 2 if we were lucky, ice cubes in our cup. I believe this was a direct display of passive aggression, as 1-2 cubes of ice would not suffice while experiencing the temperature at the time of 25°C and above. Furthermore, throughout our stay, we were dismayed by the lack of essential information provided by both the hotel. We were blindsided by the “hot tub” as listed on various booking websites, being freezing cold, the limited availability of room service, information purposely omitted by both Aloe Hotel, and the frequent disruptions to the water supply. These oversights left us feeling frustrated and disheartened, as they directly impacted our ability to enjoy the premium amenities we had paid for. Room service is during the hours of the day when you are most likely to be out in the town. Additionally, the hotel's maintenance issues were alarming and unacceptable. The pool, a feature we had looked forward to enjoying, became muddy and murky following a water supply disruption, rendering it unusable. Moreover, our Premium room was infested with ants, which detracted from our comfort and overall enjoyment of the accommodation. Ants filled our sink 24/7 and was not pleasant. Breakfast is cold and stale. The “bacon” seemed more like wanted ham slices. There were flies around the breakfast buffet which I had seen mentioned in reviews from years ago, meaning they have yet to fix this is

Booked this hotel as it looks beautiful on the photos. We usually don't bother splashing out on fancy hotels as we usually go off the hotels location rather than aesthetics. Aloe hotel is a beautiful hotel, we payed extra for a private pool and would recommend but a few things really did hold the place back a lot. The main shower was leaking, spraying water all over the bathroom so we had to use the smaller shower head. The steps into our private pool were not safe, not attached to the floor causing my husband to almost fall into the pool. We lost hot water for 24 hours so was not able to shower. We also lost water for a few hours as they were digging up the front of the hotel so we could not flush the toilet. On day 3 the maid cleaned the room as we were out on a trip to Rhodes, when we got back the room was lovely but she had not replaced any towels or the robes provided for private pool rooms so we could not shower. The TV in the room does not having any English channels. It does have netflix but we were unable to watch 1 film as 10 mins into any film the connection would drop and the TV would loose connection. The beds are so uncomfortable and hard. I am the least picky eater and will eat anything but the buffet breakfast was absolutely freezing, the fried egg like rubber. The good bits: beautiful hotel, relaxing. Fridge well stocked up when we arrived. Staff friendly. Location not bad, 10 mins from faliraki. We came half board: tea was a set menu you choose what you want from the menu and it was always nice apart from the pizza.

“This is my favourite hotel I have ever stayed in.” This is 100% true. The staff, setting and hospitality are unparalleled. We have loved our stay and feel like we’ve made friends for life. In particular, Maritsa and Emilios have been incredible and utterly lovely since the start of our holiday. The a**osphere here is welcoming, friendly and relaxed. We came off peak season when the town was very quiet, but the hotel more than made up for it. There were also lots of excursions available in the local area, which were all amazing. We stayed half board and the food has been good, plentiful and there are lots of vegetarian options. Please try the fried feta… you will not regret it. Greek night was a personal highlight and there has also been other live performances by the pool. There is always music and good vibes here. We would stay here again without a doubt. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

Amazing hotel and an amazing holiday. Staff were the friendliest people i have ever met and always went above and beyond. The room was cute and cozy but most of all comfortable. The stay was very easy, peaceful and relaxing with the hotel being very clean and tidy. The views were amazing and it is in a very convenient place with the use of scooters to get to town and into the busy places. The food was also amazing around the pool. I enjoyed my stay very much and would 100% stay here again.
