Dear Sir, No proper response of the Reception and from Room Service. When enquired for drinking water during 9pm in the night, they said they will provide but no body turned up. They never informed it is chargeable as well. Next day morning called reception, no body picked up. So called room service for water. Room service asked me to bring water bottle and fill water and take back . Shocked to know this type of trea**ent . So went directly to reception at 9 am de***ded for water . They said only 2 bottles will be provided per day without providing any water. Finally ***aged to get 2 bottles if water. So not felt comfortable staying. Rooms not cleaned on the second day morning also. Waiting for customers to vacate after a day . Towels are maintained like normal lodges . Not very hygienic SRM should improve Quality of Services to have more customers. Need to train your team for a better service to Customers Morning break fast was good. Not to hurt anybody but in a good intension Regards Anand
