Great option for families. We got free upgrade from studio to spacious well-equipped 1-bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms and spacious patio. Rituals cosmetic supplies, tasty and sufficient breakfast in a box, free minibar supplies, attentive and helpful reception staff made our stay pleasant. We even got small farewell gift and loyalty reward.

Very nice hotel very well equipped, nice location. We enjoyed so so much. Deserve 5 out of 5 .. I strongly recommend this hotel and will be my best choice if visited Kaprun or zellam see. Mini market , restaurants, coaster , cable car to top mountain is very closed …

Wonderful family skiing holiday. A Lovely comfortable and stylish 4 bedroom penthouse apartment with balcony in Kaprun. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very well equipped with all mod cons. A Wholesome breakfast delivered to your door every morning was a treat! Shuttle service to the local ski area on request was an added bonus too. The staff were really warm, welcoming, friendly and attentive. Will definitely be going back.

The place was quite clean and nice, and they allowed us an early check in. Our lodge was nice and spacious, and comfortable to stay in. Sauna was pretty nice too, only really busy on one of the evenings we were there, but overall had the necessities.
Close to the town centre, and there’s a free shuttle bus to take you to the ski area too.
Only thing is they could improve the breakfast a bit - on one of the mornings the fruit we were given didn’t seem very fresh (the apples were very soft etc), and it was a little bit too simple overall.
The room wasn’t cleaned every single day so that’s another thing to note.

Really nice place in the heart of Kaprun and I will stay there again, location is excellent and there is Bella market about 4 minutes walking and it is about 10 minutes driving to Zell am see.. I stayed in a studio suite with terrace very comfortable apartment

Good points: mattress quality very good, kitchen well equipped, breakfast box (as there is no restaurant, even if eggs are not cooked which is surprising) good and Kaprun summer card included. Cleaning and reception personnel professional and sympathic. Not good at all for the price / category: bed head fully scratched, Ritual products in the bath not working (pumps blocked), very warm in the room with no possibility to adjust as you dont want to let the only window open because grants access to the room and lets light full in.

We stayed in 3 bedroom apartment located at ground floor. The apartment is nice but very small to accommodate 8 people. Internet is excellent, staff are just wonderful and helpful. Special thanks to Mr Salma who was very supportive. One thing needs improving is to provide fans to all rooms during summer period. This should be an obligation rather than “a courtesy “.

حجزت غرفة وصالة اول مادخلت الغرفة رجعت خطوتين الى الوراء وكأني داخل جحر حيوان كما أن النظافة سيئة جدا حيث تجد بيوت العنكبوت ناسجة في البلكونة كما أن الإفطار رديء كنا ثلاثة أشخاص عائلة واحدة ياتوننا صباحا بثلاث بيضات غير مطبوخه وعليك أن تقوم بطبخها كما أن الحليب غير كافي هو لشخص واحد فقط حتى العصير غير كافي في الإفطار هو لشخص او شخصين ونحن ثلاثة كما أن تعامل موظفين الفندق والمدير غير حضاري وكان فيه ابتزاز لي ولاسرتي حيث كانت زوجتي تطبخ بالصالة ورن جرس الانذار وحضرت موظفة الاستقبال بعد يوم وأفادت بأن ندفع غرامة الفين يورو غرامة جرس الانذار لم ادفع طبعا وبعد يومين جهز المدير ورقة وأفاد بدفع ١٥٠ يورو فقط فاحسست بأن المذكورين يقومون بابتزازنا لمجرد أن جرس الانذار قد رن .كما أن مكان الفندق على أطراف مدينة كابرون و السعر عالي جدا جدا بالنسبة لغيره لاانصح أحدا ابدا بحجز هذا الفندق مجرد دعاية له على مواقع الحجز وصور غير صحيحة عن الحقيقة

Wunderschönes Hotel mit einem Hauch von Luxus. Sehr freundliches Personal, tolle und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer und alles sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten nur eine Übernachtung am Wochenende gebucht, aber das war mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt dort! Absolut zu empfehlen!
