It's a place used for student training camps, but unfortunately it's not a good place to stay for tourists. The facilities are old and moldy, the futons are flimsy... and the price is not cheap.

I read on the internet that it was 5 minutes from Karuizawa Station, but I couldn't get there in 5 minutes...lol The inside of the mountain hut was dark, smelly, and there were a lot of insects. I'm wondering if it's a good place to go as a couple, with family, or with friends. . . I'm curious if there are any repeat customers. . bitter smile

It was said to be a 5-minute drive from Karuizawa Station, but it was not possible to get there in 5 minutes. It took 30 minutes during the summer traffic jam. The taxi driver said that even during quiet periods, it is not possible to get there in 5 minutes. Inside the lodge, it was dark, had a bad smell, and there were a lot of bugs. It is definitely not a good place for friends, couples, or families on vacation!
