Here right very much liked the hotel!!! Excellent service, chic cleanest room with a large bedroom and very large bathroom with perfect clean bathroom, towels, coats! Bedding is perfect! There is a teapot, coffee and tea in the cost of the room, and here the full bar is certainly for the extra charge... a chic view from the window! And in general, who wants to be comfortable, beautiful and elegant to rest for the minimum price(price for the room is pleasant) - I highly recommend this hotel Park Hot Diamond in Katowice! Don't regret and will be satisfied!!! Breakfast unfortunately didn't manage to try because there was a very early flight... Although very wanted! Restaurant in the hotel on the top floor and from there even better view opens (I just went there to see their restaurateur)..

Reading the hotel review you can wonder if it is a good choice.No less on the spot, I was crying in plus.The room is medium size, clean with comfortable bed. We have a kettle, coffee and tea, mineral water, air conditioning.In the hotel there is wellnes additionally paid , unfortunately only one sauna and swimming pool worked .Jacuzzi and 3 other saunas disabled.Breakfast varied everyone will find something for Hotel located near the highway A4 and shopping center,Three Ponds, far from the center of Katowic

This hotel is located in the historical center of Katowice. The TV without any Italian channel, there is no boiler or frigobar. The comfortable bed but the coats are not, in my opinion, a good thing because it is like not having them .. The room is not ordered daily , if necessary , the reception must be required . Breakfast is served in a room next to the reception, a buffet with some sweet or salad pity, lack of choice and quality. The price of breakfast is not a nice price ( EUR 6 ) but it would be better to pay a little more and have more choice for buffet and quality products . The hotel is also available in the reception and is available for drinks including water. The person who is eager to breakfast is not careful and shocked (he does not even answer good morning despite having said it every morning when I made breakfast). In conclusion, it is a good solution for those who are looking for a structure in the center of Katowice with a good price quality ratio, but if I should return to price equality I would probably try another structure. At the time of booking this was one of the cheaper options in Katowice and by far the best value for money. We stayed there for 1 night. The hotel has been recently renovated and it looks much better inside than it does in the pictures, which as of May 2019 are not up to date. It is conveniently located next to the A4 highway, with plenty of free parking space and supermarkets nearby. The room was modern, spotlessly clean and all appliances were new, with a comfortable bed and a top rain shower. For longer stays it could use a desk. Breakfast was good with enough variety, high quality food and delicious bread. Not too many vege options as far as I remember. The one shortcoming was service. There was only one receptionist on Friday evening who was very helpful but did not speak English. If you happen to arrive just after a bus tour, your check-in can take a while.

Excellent location right across the main train station. The hotel is very clean, great, friendly, professional service. Room was equipped with all needed essentials, very comfortable bed!!!! Breakfast was exceptional with lots of choices for everyone. Staff recommended very good polish restaurant located just 5 min walk from the hotel. Will stay again.

I stayed at this hotel last month and found it to be very comfortable and had all of the amenities one needs while on a business trip. The rooms were fairly spacious and up to date and there was a restaurant and bar to enjoy on premise. Front desk was helpful and friendly. We dined at the restaurant at top of the hotel and the food was very good and waiter was excellent.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel and would have no hesitation in recommending it for business or leisure travellers. The location is excellent for the city centre and train station. The staff offered exceptional service, spoke excellent English and helped us with every query. What made it a really special stay was the wonderful breakfast which was fresh, varied and generous. Our only regret is that we could only stay two nights. I have accessibility needs and they found me a suitable room with wet room. I just can’t fault this hotel on any level. Phenomenal value.

I am visiting Katowice for nearly 9 years and have stayed in this hotel over a 100 times. Because of the pandemic not been there for a long time. However, really good to be back. Still one of the, if not the best hotel in Katowice. Efficient check in, parking underground, 5 minute walk to city center, standard business oriented rooms, good breakfast, some nice dinner options if you are not going out and a nice bar area. Only downside, especially in Summer, most rooms do not have blinds.
