The staff are very polite and always willing to help. The room is big and comfortable. The sound-proof work is also effective, so I hardly hear any noise from rooms nearby.
However, note that the hotel is in the middle of a mountain. If you don’t drive, you have to rely on the car service which the hotel offers (free of charge but not always available). It is almost impossible to go by foot.
However, I must say the hotel staff has always tried their best to cater your needs, which I appreicate very much.

夕食時間は、選択肢もなく17時半で、チェックインの時間に言われました。和食は貸切のレストランに移動していただくということで楽しみにしていたのにホテルのレストランでした。土瓶蒸しが吹きこぼれても、そのままで、下げてとお願いしてもそのままで、吹きこぼれたのもそのまま。お刺身だけは美味しかったですが、お料理もスタッフも微妙でした。朝食も料理の説明もないので、テーブルの上に置かれていた飲み物が、牛乳なのか飲むヨーグルトなのかもわからないような状況でした。
部屋は、WiFiの繋がりは悪いし、電気全部つけても暗いし、何よりも清潔感がなかったです。窓のところと鏡の上の電気に蜘蛛の巣があるし、貸切風呂は消毒臭くぬるかったです。
フロントの方々はフレンドリーで良かったのと、お部屋に2リットルのミネラルウォーターやカプセルのドリンク、カップラーメンなども無料で頂けるように用意があったのはたすかりました。ただ、清潔感やお食事などを考えると、この料金でしたら、他のペット可ホテルの方が全然良いと思うくらい残念でした。

食事の時も安心してペットずれで食事できました。また食事もおいしくて大学生ですが子供も満足していました。従業員の方も皆さん対応がよく好印象でした。また、たまたま部屋が空いて意図ということでアップグレードをしていただけました。ありがとうございました。

河津町のわずかに山間にたたずむホテル．駐車場に着くとホテルのスタッフが出迎えてくれました．チェックインでウェルカムドリンクをいただきながら，貸し借り温泉の予約や，河津桜のライトアップ送迎の予約を済ませ，客室に案内されました．館内や敷地内は階段が多く，飼い主もワンコも足腰が弱いと厳しいかもしれません． ドックランが充実しており，我が家の二匹のワンコたちは大満足のようでした．ドックスパは予約できないので，譲り合いながらの利用となります．ワンコたちは初めての温泉に戸惑っているようでしたが，屋外のドックランで遊んだ後のお風呂できれいにすることができました．客室にもワンコグッズがそろっています． 河津桜のライトアップと夕食をとるレストランへはスタッフの運転で送迎してもらえます．レストランの食事はとても工夫されておりおいしかったです．ワンコのためにペットカートを貸してもらえました．また，ワンコ用の食事も用意してもらえ，一緒にいただくことができます． 貸切露天風呂は開放感満点で天気にも恵まれ最高でした．洗い場が一つしかないのは残念ですが，利用時間は50分と十分でした．ただ，屋内の温泉（湯楽）は温度が高すぎ，調節もできなかったのでつかることができなかったのは残念でした． 朝食もワンコたちと一緒にとることができます．ワンコ用のヨーグルトも用意されていました． ワンコ同伴で楽しめる施設はまだまだ多くありませんが，このホテルではワンコたちと一緒にいることをごく当たり前のように扱ってもらえます．飼い主はもちろんペットも満足できるホテルだと思います．

愛犬と一緒に旅行がしたかったので、さほど調べずに予約しました。 飼い主として、犬用の温泉、3つの、ドッグラン、河津川の桜並木の散歩。どれも最高に楽しかったです。 ドッグランは、森のドッグランが自然の中ですごく広く、楽しそうに走ってました。 スタッフの皆さんも皆んな優しくて、愛犬も甘やかしてもらえました！ ヒトとしては、料理がとても美味しかったです。 最近、料理長がかわられたとか？ 連泊しましたが、2日目の夕食は、離れのフレンチで、これまた雰囲気も料理も美味しくて、楽しかったです。 来年は、2月下旬の河津桜の良い時期を目指して、また来たいと思ってます！

お正月に家族4人＋愛犬で利用させていただきました。予約制の貸切風呂が館内・露天ともに最高でした。食事もフレンチ、和食両方をいただきましたが、味もボリュームも大満足です。部屋のお風呂も驚くほど広く、アメニティもとても充実してました。ドッグランも多彩で、特に森のドッグランが広くて愛犬も喜んでました。スタッフの皆さんにもとても良くしていただき、感謝で一杯の旅でした。

ワンちゃんをとても大事にしてくれるお宿です。先ず、到着まではかなり急で分かりにくい道。リスに泊まりました。お宿の方がお出迎え下さりお部屋に案内してくださいました。部屋に付いてる露天風呂も充分な広さで源泉掛け流し！冷蔵庫の中のビール、サワー、ジュースも無料。ドルチェグストもたっぷり置いてありました。夜食のカップラーメンもw ご飯は車で送迎していただいて和食をいただきました。とても美味しくお腹いっぱいになりました。 ドッグランもあり犬も喜んでいました。 最大の良かったところは、大体犬が泊まれる宿は犬のおしっこ臭くて気持ち悪くなりますがこの部屋は全く臭くなかったです。 最大の良くなかったところは、虫。 周りが森だから仕方ないですが、でっかいクモがお部屋でお出迎え…その後もベッドの上や洗面台のカゴの中にも見たことのないでかい虫（ポケモンのアノプスの黑みたいな）が居て本当に本当に気持ち悪かったし怖かった… 虫嫌いな人は無理かもです。 あと、懐中電灯を２個渡されましたがどちらも点きませんでした。 それ以外は満点です。温泉も最高！ ありがとう御座いました。

年末のハイシーズンにプレミアムルームを予約しました。 数回到着時間の確認電話をいただき、5時半くらいにホテルに着きました。何回もお電話いただいた割にはお風呂が先着順だということや大事なことは一切案内がなく、ホテルに着いたらお風呂に入れる時間は２３時になります～と(;'∀')。 高い料金を払っていい部屋に泊まっているのに、まったく融通がきかないホテルでした。 クレームをすると、客を馬鹿にしたような態度で笑いながらホテルの女性スタッフに対応され、勝手に夕食の時間をずらされ、夕食に前ならお風呂あいてますんで。と。 とりあえずしょうがないので納得し、お風呂に。まさにラブホテルにあるようなジャグジーでした。 翌朝、朝食のキッシュには髪の毛が入っており、隣のテーブルのお客さんのサラダには虫が入っていたようです。 伊豆には犬と泊まれるホテルが数か所ありますが、本当に期待外れなホテルでした。
