Spent our first night when we arrived in the midnight. The hotel is only a few minutes' drive from the airport. It has good size room and free coffee/tea throughout the day.
We had a morning walk around the hotel and it was pretty nice and safe.

Completely not understanding or willing go help in any way with a change/refund policy due to unforeseen circumstances not being able to make the trip to Iceland.

10 minutes by car from the airport. Automatic entrance door (convenient when lugging luggage). A good mattress that supports your back. There is a refrigerator and coffee machine. A small but warm heated pool on the second floor. Overall, a clean and warm accommodation. However, it was disappointing that the female employee just walked away with a displeased look on her face when she couldn't understand the same English sentence twice.

Beautiful property and location overlooking the harbour. Staff was welcoming and very accommodating. Super convenient to launch for day trips (we rented a car for our travels) and the hotel was quiet and well maintained. Highly recommend!

The property was set into the landscape very well. The nearby paths along the ocean were beautiful. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. A great way to begin a trip in Iceland. Thank you.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, I would recommend. However their rooftop pool which was one of their selling points needs some attention. Keflavík also offers limited restaurant choices

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely short stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, with great service and attentiveness. The hot pool was fun and we had it all to ourselves while it snowed. Perfect location to do a bit of local sightseeing and relax.
