My girlfriend and I had a great time at this resort. The weather was great, and the location of the resort was perfect. The hourly shuttle was fantastic. I would recommend this place to stay for anyone. we loved it and you will too. There are a couple of things they need to work on. The cleaning staff did not do such a good deal of keeping our room clean. Not very thorough at all. Also the hotel/resort needs a little updating. Air conditioning could be better! The restaurant on this resort had great food but had to be the most expensive place I've ever eaten at. It was unbelievably expensive!!! We weren't a fan of the double beds in our room. My last complaint would be about the workers for the resort. A large portion of them did not speak English. Having to converse with them proved to be challenging to say the least. Despite these complaints we truly enjoyed staying there. I would definitely go back!

So enjoyed this little hidden gem! The room is not a Hilton but clean and all we needed as we were only in the room to sleep! We were located in the back and had the cutest patio with a hammock patio and view of water. Loved the free breakfast in the morning to get our day going. The shuttle every hour from 8-10 was the best! It always left promptly on the hour and was there to pick you up 10 minutes after the hour. The pool was nice and the drinks even better. Safe area with lots of options in walking distance. Great place for the price!

The hotel was very old, and the finishes were very worn. Couldn’t get towels for the pool if your life depended on it. Nothing comfortable to sit on in the rooms. All the furniture was old metal lawn furniture, I am scoring low on a base of cost value basis. Many more places to try next time. The floors in the rooms, and the showers were not very clean, or maybe just so old they couldn’t be cleaned any better.
On the plus side, the shuttle from the hotel into old town was a fantastic perk. However I see many other places offer one too. The pool area was nice on the warm days, just needed a little more shade.

Smallest room ever! Beautiful pool but otherwise outdated and tired. Not worth the cost when so many other options exist.

The marine life feedings were a great surprise.
The only down side was the restaurant menu items. Not enough nonseafood items.

The front door lock did not work and the staff at the front desk knew this when we booked. Get that lock fixed!

Just on the outskirts of Key West, with a beach and offering lots of water sports. We had a ground floor room with kitchen facilities. Fridge & microwave, but no coffee machine or kettle. Bathroom a little tired. Breakfast was self service in main restaurant building but you put items in a takeaway box with plastic cutlery etc - not very eco friendly
